U.S Pizza Co. Maumelle - Pizza restaurant in Maumelle - 109 Commons Dr, USA

This is such a beautiful space! Unfortunately, the food is inconsistent and service is appalling. We consistently watch as employees stand chatting or focused on their phones, while the phone rings off the hook, and we need service. Mind you, there seems to be enough staff on hand for the few people dining, so that's not the issue. Lack of productivity from the serving staff appears to be the problem. Salads seem to be the most consistent menu item offered, however, even when ordering a small, it's an irresponsible amount of food piled on a plate too small. As soon as one tries to eat, salad contents fall all over the table. I often ask for a pizza pan to place under the plate, to help with the mess. Even though the salads seem to be the best menu item they offer, the last few have not come to the table as I have ordered, containing toppings I have asked be held and toppings I have asked be added are missing, yet we still get charged for the missing items. The last handful of pizzas we have ordered have not been cooked thoroughly. We have come back on several occasions hoping things will be better. We love the space, but unfortunately I believe last evening was the last try!

Had a salad supreme and small meatza pizza.. Ask for house ranch which I think is the best didn’t taste like it has for years I questioned and was told they didn’t make it and different people but she made the salad and spooned the dressing herself and it was definitely house ranch. The pizza was good because we like US Pizza so much I was given for Christmas a $50.00 gift certificate my bill was $32.15 I told the waitress I would like to add a $6.00 gratuity she brought me a different ticket and I added gratuity total $38.15 and I ask if I could have something showing I had $11.85 remaining on my gift could not do that. The Maumelle locations is not as good as the Sherwood or McCain Mall location.

For the last year, I've ordered the large Supreme salad and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Over the last 3 weeks, I noticed the salads were skimpier and there wasn't a lot of meat. I called and complained and was informed the new GM, Eric, has changed the size of the salads. Well Eric, this salad price should be updated to reflect the reduced amount I'm receiving. If this is supposed to be the large salad with only an ounce of meat on it, what does the regular look like? I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

The service and facility was great. The pizza was so greasy and uncooked. When you picked up a piece grease literally dripped off. We ordered Dave's Favorite and it only had jalapeños, and alot of cheese.

This may be the most beautifully designed U.S. Pizza location in the southeast. HOWEVER- I can’t stress enough how poor my experience was. There were 3 tables seated before we walked in (10:30 ish am on a Sunday). Our server was either brutally hungover or high on opiates because he couldn’t open his eyes and not mumble. Needless to say- after 45 minutes (not kidding!) of not having our drinks freshened let alone our food brought- we approached the bar area and asked what the issue was. Was told VERBATIM from a cook, “ain’t my fault”. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Food came out about 6 minutes later burnt. Like 2015 Drama/Comedy starring Bradley Cooper “BURNT”. My thinking is they forgot the order and tried to make it fast OR they forgot to serve the food and reheated it since the food was cold but burnt and the underside of the pizza tray were cool to the touch. GM Eric, your team has no drive and no accountability. Maybe your presence would benefit, however upon reading recent reviews I bring some question into your judgement as well (see salads…yeesh) I manage multiple retail locations and there would be ZERO employees carrying themselves this way further at my businesses.

The service has gone back to being awful. The manager working this weekend shift was incredibly rude to my parents and told them to never come back. It’s so sad because the food is fantastic and the restaurant itself is so nice. It’s such a shame given how good this place used to be. It’s okay - we won’t be back. By the way, American Pie Pizza is so much better.

Got the BBQ pizza and BBQ wings. Best food in town, no doubt 10/10 Would recommend.

My pizza was really good. However the staff is so incredibly negligent. I could list reasons why but I feel like there's not a huge point. Negligent is all I need to say, there were three tables in the entire restaurant and I sat at the bar. Really sad. I understand any negative reviews here, I remember when this was a good place to dine.
