I really liked it here ... walked in without knowing anyone and met a lot of nice guys and had a great time I drank and ate and laughed the entire evening evening. ... I was totally impressed with Sammy from the kitchen ... he came out and checked with me to make certain i did not have a food allergy to onions because I ordered nachos with no pickled onions. (he's awesome).
Had a terrible experience overall at ubar. Someone threatened to fight me and then I asked security to escort them out and they continued to spray a drink all over me and security did nothing at all. The bartender, Courtney, did nothing at all and actually told me I deserved to be sprayed with a drink because I was acting inappropriate. Would not recommend this bar to anyone and a police report was filed.
I do like coming here whenever I have a layover. The staff is great and so are the drinks and food.
Like this bar as it's good for talk and drink on ir first meet or casual meeting with friends or coworkers. I like this place as it's feasible to get there, amazing bartenders, they are friendly and good at suggesting nice drinks. They make drinks to make you drunk lol. Some drinks aren't their best but it also depends who is making it for you. I would not say all bartenders are great but most of them are amazing! The one in my pic is surely a great one lol!
Awesome! We stopped here on the way home to New York from DC, and were super glad we did! The atmosphere was great, the bartender was super friendly and the people were so nice. Glad to say we made some new friends! Drinks were stiff, too. :]
A nice little place. Kinda Cheers-ish vibe, but they’ve got amazing windows to watch passers-by. A sweet, friendly bartender in a flat cap. The people are nice, though not really conversational to a transwoman. It seems a little clique-ish since there’s only men in the bar. But, they make a nice Bloody Mary.
Waoo.. This place is amazing. The bartenders are friendly and nice. Every time I go, the guard in the door is nice to me (the black American, tall guy. I enjoy the place and the people... I 💯 % Recommend U-Bar.
Best spot to hang out with! Get some good food and the staff is way to friendly, even the securities that they are from Main Line are way educated than Woodys
No food but don't want them to be poorly rated. Just a leather themed adult gay bar with good music and a "heavy atmosphere" not for everyone. It was fun. Think Al Pacino in "Cruising" Was like Phillys version of NYCs Eagle. Def not a place for fa
A unique hotel with history and a very nice decor to enhance any stay while traveling. We stayed there for a couple days during the New Year's Holiday and had a wonderful experience. Great location in the middle of the city, safe and close to everyth
Coffee here was amazing! The iced latte was great! The black coffee was something else! So fruity and aromatic - truly a great experience! Very much recommended getting their beans too!
A must stop if you are in Philly!!! Kevin's creations are incredibly delicious. Put down the cheese steak and go grab some tasty vegan, gf and dairy free options. Dessert=a meal. Back-to-back visits made us super fans!!! Pls open up a place in J-
Joined on a student membership for the summer and really enjoyed my experience. All the trainers were highly knowledgeable (and incredibly athletic) and made sure everyone felt welcome in the gym. When I was dealing with a shoulder injury, they were
