I completely blew out my tire on Friday afternoon in the middle of Leesburg pike. Called these guys and the gentleman was super helpful in walking me through the process. They don’t have their own tow, but i got my car there before they closed. What I loved: didn’t try to up sell me on any additional services or tires; offered to do the tires right away; and made me feel like I am a valued customer. I don’t know anything about tires but the gentleman took the time to explain the difference between my choices. He also offered insurance on my tires (57 dollars) which covers 100 percent cost in case something happens to them first year and 50 percent next year. That’s an excellent deal!!!! I really loved the service and the price. Excellent team! I have been raving about them to all my friends! The picture is of the tire these guys replaced!

Customer service is top notch! Requested a last minute appointment online the day before after closing time. Ivan called me shortly after to let me know that the time I requested wasn’t available but he would be able to accommodate me if I came in earlier the next day. Showed up the next day for my appointment time and they took my car right away. Brought my car in for routine maintenance and they were great about communicating with me throughout my appointment everything that was done to my car. Very honest and good work. Great first experience. I will be back! 🙂

Every experience is a pleasant one whether you plan on having scheduled maintenance or need a last minute repair. They are organized, professional, and honest. As a woman we often end up overpaying for unnecessary repairs but you don't have to worry about that here. They fix only what you need in a timely manner. My car dealer is across the street from this location but I always choose Virginia Tire and Auto first.

The people are friendly and the waiting room is comfortable, however I would not recommend them for state inspections. While reasonably priced the wait times are horrendous. Coupled with the fact that you can't schedule an inspection appointment, trying to get one from them is a hassle. Had to wait 2 hours to get my car inspected, the another hour for the inspection itself and to get my keys back. Also, they are super strict when it comes to inspections. They failed my car because the tread of a single tire was a fraction of a millimeter too low.

I called up the Tysons location and was greeted by Dharminder he was able to look up my number and since I had been to VA tire before look up what brand/size tires I had put on previously and order them for me. Followed up with a phone call as he said he would and scheduled me in within a couple days. Made this process very easy. However while waiting I couldn’t help but notice through the glass a man working on my car that did not appear to know what he was doing. This was very concerning and when I brought it to the managers attention after two hours of waiting for two tires to be changed. Two hours this man was working on my car to change two tires mind you. The managers reply was he’s new, I then asked well then why is he not being supervised. Long story short this was a horrible experience and I would not recommend coming back here. The tire caps weren’t even put on the new tires I paid $200 a pop for. It’s scary to think this man was working on my car.

Amazing customer service! Came in a few minutes before closing and Jason was pleased to help. I had a valve core issue with my tire and they replaced it last minute, having to stay past closing. Josh and Jason even went the extra mile to help me get the best deal possible. Will be coming back for any future car troubles. 11/10 would recommend!

Always happy to take my car here. Not only are they very experienced in taking very good, or dare I say excellent care of your car, but the staff is professional, friendly, and trustworthy. You won't get any b.s. about something that is not wrong your car only to trick you to pay for something you don't need to; but complete honest assessment and feedback. I've been to two different locations in the VA area and I've received excellent service and V.I.P treatment at both places.

Rarely do I write reviews but it's a must in this occasion. I am amazed on the customer service here. Josh and Jason were great from start to finish. Got everything I needed done in my car and for the first time ever I left an auto shop happy. I also want to acknowledge Thomas for doing amazing work with my headlights. I have never seen them so clean. I am extremely pleased and will be returning for sure. Thank you so much guys!!!
