Absolutely love Two Scoops! This was where I was introduced to the Northern Soda and will forever be thankful for that!
I ordered the banana split. I love their sherbet ice cream! They also made me a pineapple ice cream lover!
Great little hole in the wall ice cream place hidden away in their down town area. Super friends young teen staff was working when we went. They have a handful of ice cream choices and about a half dozen cone choices. We went with the homemade waffle cone and wasn’t disappointed. Defiantly swing in here if you are in the area!
They have DAIRY FREE ice cream now!! The good people of Two Scoops are out here doing the absolute most—creamy, delicious oat-based ice cream with a rotation of fun flavors. The vanilla chocolate chip is pictured. I have a dairy allergy and cannot express how fun it is to finally be able to go out for ice cream!! Seriously such a treat, thanks Two Scoops!!!
I dont mind the expensive pricing because I like to support smaller businesses but it was my first time going in and it will probably be my last.
The two workers working the morning/afternoon Saturday shift on Aug 26th, 2023 were not very pleasant or nice.
The gentleman helping us seemed irritated and after taking my first order of 1 scoop on a cake cone for my neice, I also needed to get a strawberry shake for my boyfriend. The employee seemed bothered that I had another request.
I dont know this for a fact but it sounded like he slammed something on the counter too - out of frustration, right after I asked for the shake.
I was going to order a freeze but i didn't know what a freeze was and didn't want to ask the workers because they already seemed annoyed with us being in so I didn't get anything for myself.
The female employee helped ring us up and she was verbally pleasant but did not have any smile on her face - again, saying what you need to say so that it qualifies as "service" but obviously bothered.
I couldn't wait to get out of there - I wanted to leave so bad I almost forgot we had to wait for the shake.
Asked my bf how his shake was and he said, "idk...its ok....but the service was so bad I don't even think I can enjoy this now....its like the bad attitude seeped into the ice cream..."
What bugs me the most is that it was not busy AT ALL when we went in. There were NO other customers - its not like there was a rush but these 2 employees made it seem like we were bothering them - I'm sorry, I get it, I've worked in customer service too, but that's just it; you are in customer service.
On top of that, we weren't even loud or rude - there really was no reason to be so bland and irritated with us.
I think we spent about 3-5 minutes in the store and it felt like forever.
Would love to come back and give the business another try but this encounter makes me want to stay away.
My neice enjoyed her ice cream so that's my 2 stars for ya.
Line moved quickly and there were lots of choices of ice cream flavors! Will definitely have to come back so I can try their lemon ice.
We love Two Scoops! It's been our go-to ice cream spot for years now. The staff gets friendlier every year (if that's even possible!). Utilizing their rewards makes for some good savings, too. It's nice to see the rotating flavors and variety of cones and other treats!
They are really great with allergies, nuts in particular. Not many ice cream parlors are, so I'm very grateful that they have a process in place.
Hidden gem of a place. This is our go-to ice cream place to take our kids on a hot summer day. Always plenty of parking available and seating available in or outside the store. Otherwise, many parks are nearby to just take away.
Amazing atmosphere, drinks, and fun! Limited on food and really only a couple shareable apps keeps the food stars low. I recommend the four roses old fashion smoked! It's an old school establishment, with new style drinks. Make a reservation in advan
Beautiful scenic walk along the river. Nice little garden, benches to rest on. Can make your way down to the dam and and along trail to the Rum River public water access at Akin Park.
I LOVE lyric arts! The SpongeBob musical was literally the best thing of my life (seriously, I donât think Iâve ever laughed and enjoyed something so much!)
Free parking lot. Concessions offer popcorn, candy, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Int
I love this coffee & book shop. The staff is VERY FRIENDLY ANS KIND! Iâm a regular there and so is my office! I love that books are being moved upstairs. There will be more space to sit and enjoy your tea/coffee/snacks and while reading!
Reviewing the Soup Joint, open Tuesday through Friday from 11-2. Very cool atmosphere. I had the chicken wild rice soup with breadsticks $8. Flavor very tasty. Will definitely go back for lunch again. The waitress was very friendly.
This was our first experience at the Mad Hatter; and we loved it! My husband and I attended the Christmas tea. It was decorated beautifully. The food was superb, tea selections were delicious. We have been to tea events in British Columbia (they are
Cute little park on the Mississippi in Anoka with some walking trails, benches, playground, gazebo, etc. Nice little nature getaway. Would recommend if looking for a park in the area.
