Everyone I've met in this community has been so friendly, caring, and willing to help each other out. I love how culturally diverse the neighborhood is. It appears to be an almost even ratio of white, black, hispanic, middle eastern, and asian families. Which is the exact type of environment I want to raise my kids in. The elementary school is great and the community amenities make you feel like you're living in a resort. Although the lots are small, there is plenty of space around for kids to play in common areas. My builder was NV homes, and all in all, I am very happy with my home and plan on staying here indefinitely.
The traffic situation is unbearable and no one returns calls or answers emails to even attempt a resolutions. It is not a positive place to live on many levels
Nice, clean, great place to live.
NIce community, decent amenities, BUT the HOA admin here is not responsive despite having an aid. Common areas in some sections are poorly landscaped and look awful. Koch developer has also not been responsive to complaints.
Lovely homes and neighbors but be forewarned - multiple homes have seen a large increase in their water bill. Ours increased by 8-fold since last quarter and we are not the only ones with a water bill of over $1000! The county will keep saying the meter is right even if it's physically impossible to use that much water. Residents are left with no answers.
I’m writing on behalf of my aunt, Lydia J. Mike Paquet has been a great resource from the first time I checked out the model up until even now. Josh Gamble has been and still is outstanding as my project manager during the entire process from ground breaking to settlement. I can always rely on him even with a short notice phone call. Robert Cockey is new to the development for me, but it has been seamless with all of his help. I would highly recommend Ryan Homes and Two rivers if you’re looking for a new home. It was one of my best decisions yet to move from Northern Virginia to Two Rivers- Lydia
Two Rivers has a little something for everyone. The two builders that you want to look for are Michael Harris and Winchester homes. Stay away from NVR. Just my opinion but an educated observation
I would love to have the money to build my disabled parents [leg amputation & stroke]
one of the main level living homes at Two Rivers, and get them out of this 3 level rental townhome.
I've been at CFGB for 4 months and I've had a great experience. For reference, it is my first CrossFit gym. The owner, Coach Bob, is super positive and knowledgeable. He really takes time to connect with all the members. The coaches are invested

When we moved to the USA a year ago we spent our first 3 months searching for what could become our new âregularâ haunt - somewhere that delivers quality beers with friendly staff where you donât need to worry too much about what youâre weari
Found a Kindness Rock on a recent walk on the WB&A Trail. It was a pleasant surprise and much needed on the day I found it. Just wanted to spread this message and to thank the Kindness Group of Maryland for their kindness. JVATALARO
I love the childrens area, and so do my kids! So many things to play with, while book browsing. The kids get loud and have a great time. It works out that the kids' area is on a separate floor from the other sections. Staff is extremely helpful and k
Took a party of 7 to The Hideaway on a Wednesday night. This spot is aptly named because it is literally in the middle of a neighborhood and we were just sure the GPS was taking us into the woods no where near a restaurant. We didn't have a reserva
Great place in Piney Orchard. The Community Center is a great place inside as well as around the center with the lake and walking trail. Nice little gym with updated equipment, a space you can rent for parties and places you can just relax inside. Th
Great facility with two sheets of ice. Parking is tight, so thatâs a bit of a pain. Rink 1 has bleachers and a good viewing area.
Rink 2 is newer and has a very low ceiling. Too bad itâs standing room only at ice level. Itâs also a bit warmer.
So glad that I came here for lunch today. They had my favorite Thai noodle dish which every restaurant doesn't make, and it was delicious. Very nice portion and very flavorful. Mary was excellent in her service. Attentive and friendly. It was a very
