Two Rivers Park - Park in Fillmore - Two Rivers Park, River St, USA

We tried to stop by this park for the Dog Park section. When we arrived the dog park was locked via chain and pad lock and not available for use on Saturday at 9:30am. There are 2 sections one for small dogs and one for large dogs. There were benches on both sides and both sides had trash cans and doggie bags. Dog park is just dirt and maybe rock. There was very little shade. They did have a water spigot on both sides. There is a playground as well for human kids.

Fun to visit! Baseball fields, cool dirt bike track, only skate park in town that I know of, and a big playground area. It seems like they meant to add more to the park around that playground area, but it's been like that for years now. Like there are cement pads that would be great for pavilions right next to the playground, but the plain cement has just been left that way. There isn't really any picnic area...you just sit on the grass or under the big trees. There's a dog park too, but all dirt so I think not very nice. Hardly ever seen anyone use it. So a good park, and would be great if finished.

Not much shade, but plenty of parking and amenities had decent upkeep for a park.

Good place to enjoy the day and walk your dog

I made my first visit to the park in October 2019. We went to use the bike park and had a fabulous time. Some of the North Shore features are in need of repair but the pump track and the jumps were great fun. Both my son and I loved it there. We were there for over two and a half hours. The bathrooms were clean and open when we were there on a Monday morning.

Friend parked her car here for about 8hrs and returned after dark. Park was empty. No incident. Yay!

This is a nice park which has a skate park, softball/baseball/soccer fields, and a mountain bike obstacle course. I have seen this place pretty crowded after school hours when they hold sport practices of all sorts. we like to go here the park is nice they have different age level types of slides and structures for the kids to climb on. My complaint about the structures for the kids playground is that they are not covered. During the summer heat these instructions will be smoltering. I wouldn't recommend my kid or anybody else's sliding on above 90 degree days. But I like this park, it is a fun convenient location, and it is next to the river bed, and has good views. Plenty of park benches to sit on as well. There is a public restroom and water fountains too.

It would be nice too have the dog park redone.. nice too see kids laughing and having fun. However, Fillmore needs its dog park property built.
