I’ve lived here since January of 2021 and I’ve absolutely loved it! Yeah, it’s a bit pricey to live here, but in this economy what place isn’t? 221 is definitely a place where you get exactly what you pay for! If any problems ever arise (which they rarely do), everything is taken care of promptly by management and/or the maintenance crew. For example, I once had a problem with my AC during the summer and the problem was immediately taken care of and resolved that same day. They definitely care for the residents and our well being. Management always makes sure to keep residents informed on weather and apartment updates/notices, so you never are in the dark about what’s happening around the complex. They also make finding a roommate a super easy task! The pool is always clean and they have a cute little club house area with a pool table, coffee machine, and even a printer! This has by far been my favorite place to live. In my opinion, it’s money well spent. An extra plus is that you’re literally a 10 minute walk from classes and downtown! I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
I have lived here for almost 2 years and will continue to. I have never felt unsafe at this apartment complex and they have been super helpful with any questions I have (which is a lot). The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and there is lots of great amenities that you can use. Maintenance is usually quick with tending to issues and they are super nice. They are great with emails about freeze warnings and what the procedures are, as well as any other updates we need to know. I have many friends who come over that say I am lucky to live here. It is hard to get a spot now, but that because it’s so great!! Parking can be a hassle with friends but I get the reason for it. They are also very good about towing people without a pass. I am so glad I found this place my freshman year!!
My roommates and I have had a great experience at Two21! Just a 5-10 minute walk to campus, it’s a great complex in a great location. Each roommate has their own room and private bathroom, and the common living area is spacious. The staff is so kind and helpful. They keep us in the loop and send reminders about parking, freeze warnings, etc. The maintenance team is super responsive - I don’t think we’ve waited longer than 24 hrs for any issue. We’ve loved living at Two21 and would recommend it to everyone!
Management is incredible approachable and flexible regarding any apartment needs. They also work with each resident to ensure a good experience while living here! Maintenance is efficient and will typically help with an issue quickly. The location is close to campus, downtown, and is very walk friendly! Overall, Two21 is a great place to live as an Auburn student!
The apartments themselves are very clean and well maintained. The rooms and closets have plenty of space as well. Management is always nice and willing to help if there are ever any issues. The only issue is that sometimes there aren’t enough parking spaces near your building so you may have to park at a further lot
Living at 221 Armstrong in Auburn, Alabama has been an incredible experience. The high-quality living spaces and well-designed layouts make it feel like home. The pool and workout area are perfect for relaxation and staying active. The maintenance service team is prompt and efficient, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The staff in the 221 office is exceptionally helpful, making the living experience even better. Plus, the proximity to Auburn University campus allows me to walk everywhere, adding convenience to the charm of this place.
Two21 is my favorite place I’ve lived in auburn. The apartment itself is lovely and maintenance has always been timely whenever we have a request plus the office ladies are so kind and help you out in any way possible. This is my second and sadly my last year here but I absolutely love it and would highly recommend living here if you are trying to find a place to stay
I’ve loved living here the past 3 years. My roommate and I have rarely had any problems, but when we did, the ladies in the office were always super sweet and helpful. The distance from campus has been ideal. We’ve never had to worry about traffic when trying to get to class on time. The biggest down side is the cost of rent. It’s pretty expensive compared to most other off campus housing. You are paying for location, so you’ll need to decide if it’s worth it to you.
My journey back into the gym has been transformative. Jayâs support and tailored workout plans not only revitalized my fitness routine but also instilled a newfound confidence within me. With a keen understanding of my individual needs and concern
This is one of the coolest playground parks on the planet. We bring all of our friends here if they have kids. And the big kids like playing too. Nothing like watching some college students and adults and parents playing on some of the playground app
Great place for a laid-back chill. The selection of beer is nice and varied. Awesome to make your own flights. Very kid friendly. It offers kids meals that come with a toy. Food was pretty good. I think it depends on what you order. The wings were co

Finally got to visit and I will certainly be back. The employees are so kind and helped me decide what to order (hazelnut latte and lemon cranberry muffin...10/10) and the atmosphere is delightful. It's a great spot just off the main downtown. Purcha
