Twisters Burgers and Burritos - Burrito restaurant in Albuquerque - 9358 Eagle Ranch Rd NW, USA

Ordered my food and not what I expected. I got more tortilla than burrito mix. This is a sad looking burrito. I asked to also add green Chile. There was none. This is the 3rd time giving this location a chance very disappointed.

Placed an order over the phone. My mother picked it up and they left out the sides of green chili. So went all the way back to get it and MICHAEL the assistant manager refused to give us the three sides even though we paid for it He gave us two and said that’s what we give He could at least gave us a few extra for having to go back in the first place The half empty sides he gave us SUPER RUDE!!!

My girlfriend and I come here all the time. The people working here are awesome, the food comes out quick, and its always really hood. I didnt even set up these photos, she brought it that way.

The New Mexican food was good. However my son, who eats just about everything, ordered a cheeseburger and when the food finally came out his burger "was burnt and the meat wasn't thick enough and dry" he was very disappointed and insisted I write a review.

Stopped for a quick bite, my first time here. The staff was very helpful and patient with me. Wasn't crowded, quick service and tasty food.

Delivery to customer as I walked maybe I e person on a computer doing some work for school . As I walked in the employees asked the usual May I help you showed my ohone itveas ready thry made drinks anf i eas on my way. Lots of light atmosphere was perfect was around 4 employees very nice and helpfuk

Good food too bad the customer service is terrible! It’s like talking to robots all they can do is explain to me what is wrong from a technical issue instead of trying to understand how Customer feels someone who comes there and gives you time and money the thing that keeps you employed.

Nearly $9 for a skimpy burrito and a couple of hours later someone was trying to buy stuff from Walmart with my card. The only place I used my card was at twisters. They have criminals working there and the food has gone way downhill while the prices have gone up. It sad because I have been going the for probably 20 years and I will never go there again. Beware.
