I was trying to do a QB desktop upgrade, and was having QB help me with the process, but they did not do it correctly and I was having big time issues. We have used Twisted Pair for many years, but I did not have them help me with the upgrade because I thought they would charge my employer and QB was supposed to do it for free. After several attempts with QB and still not getting it right, I reached out to Bradley at Twisted Pair. Not only was there no charge for helping me because it is included in our monthly fee, but Bradley save the day! He was able to remotely fix all of the issues quickly and successfully, and he was a pleasure to work with, and let me know that I can call on them for all of computer related issues. He is very smart and knows his stuff. I highly recommend them for all of your computer, internet, network and security and software needs!

I've been a Twisted Pair for many years. Bradley (the owner) always provides excellent service and is very responsive to customer needs. If you have a problem -- submit a trouble ticket and he's on it! Recently his monitoring systems noticed that my hard drive was operable but about to fail. He immediately notified me to back up the hard drive and he provided support for some minor backup issues. About two days later -- after I had successfully backed up -- the hard drive failed. Only because of his timely notification, I was able to save all of my files and settings. He then helped me select a new laptop, restored my files and settings, and encrypted the new system without a loss of any data. Wow, he prevented a major catastrophe and a huge loss of business data!

This company is very efficient at getting to me within 30 minute window or less normally to fix my issue at the time. The technicians all seem to be of a very high caliber and are obviously well trained. I have been using this company for a couple of years and highly recommend their Pro-active Maintenance Program as well. This allows constant monitoring and I have not had any viruses or troubles since implementing this maintenance program within my company and personal computers. I have had the pleasure of having the owner come out on the weekend when I was having major troubles and get me up and running before using their monitoring program. Every technician is extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly and this personal service is very nice in this day and age. I had an issue with malware and data loss; and both issues were resolved in a timely manner and I received 100% of his time and dedication.
