Our network crashed and I spent a week trying different things to get it back up and running. It was successful but just a bandaid fix that still had its issues. Brian Kosarko came out at the end of the first week (the day I contacted him) and had us up and running within 1/2 hour. We purchased some replacement equipment and Garrett came to set it up for us yesterday. He was here about an hour and a half and we are completely up and everything is back working better than before the crash!! I cannot thank them enough for helping us with their knowledge and taking all the stress off of me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have managed IT Services, phone systems, computer purchases, questions!! They are fantastic!
