Twin Oaks Motel - Motel in Manasquan - 2300 NJ-35, USA

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS!! I'm still eaten up & itchy from making the mistake of staying here. I should have driven away when I saw all the drunks standing outside their rooms partying and fighting. The owner Ken is very nice. This is NOT a non-smoking hotel. Everybody smokes and the smell in your room/pillows & bedding is strong. I felt very UNSAFE here as the windows did not close or lock. Anyone could have climbed in a ground floor window. The bedspread had multiple stains on it. Ken brought a new one but that was covered with cigarette burns. There was a disgusting splat of something on the floor. I pointed it out to Ken and he tried to say it was WD-40. This was white slimy & looked like sperm. It was obvious the floor had not been washed. Their was a microwave & fridge in the room. The inside of the microwave was brown & crusty. The TV had distorted pictures & colors. Walls are paper thin so you can hear and smell everything going on in the rooms next to you. I'm sorry Ken but I cannot recommend anybody to stay here. It's unsanitary, unsafe and not worth the low cost that I paid. Especially because of the BED BUGS!!

Made reservations months ago. Went to check in and a girl who has zero business working in the "hospitality" field told me they cancelled my reservation on 8/7. Who did? Not me. She was dismissive, rude, had no answer and treated me absolutely terribly. If I could have fired her, I would have. Dirty place with a sketchy at best, ice maker in the office foyer. Did she apologize? No, gave me a rash of ignorant comments. Zero respect for such trash. No apologies or reason given. Ruined our trip

The room smell gross, very musty. The floor was disgusting, all scratched up and peeling. The floor in the shower was stained. The paint on the radiators is peeling. The dirt all off the bathroom door near the handle. The screen door had broken glass held together with tape. The front desk is in a locked room where you have to ring a doorbell anf wait for someone. The furniture was warped and the drawers didn't even close. They refused to give us our money back despite how bad the smell in the room was. They did offer a different room but it really wasn't any better. Never ever would I recommend this motel. I was really disgusted and applaud that they feel the room was presentable.

It's a good place service, and attention is good. what I don't like about this place is that the AC makes too much noise, the TV hardly works and when it arrives it felt a little humidity in the room, it has a pool and the good thing about this place is that it is well located supermarket 2 or 3 minutes away, farm with animals that you can feed it 1 minute Atlantic farm, there is a mall 1 minute away, hibachi restaurants 3 to 6 minutes, and beaches 8 to 15 minutes depending on traffic,

Best dog friendly spot I have ever been in US. Most places charge extra. They have a great little yard, and 300 yards from humongous dog park along a few mile bike trail in an orchard. |3 miles from beach. 6 minutes to grocery store and laundry mat.|It’s a historical area, and the hotel is at least 100 years old. It’s awesome!

Honestly loved the time we spent here you guys are amazing clean rooms towels, wifi they have a pool for the summer time just very welcoming understanding and I appreciate everything Lauren if you see this I appreciate everything youve done loved the time spent there and miss the environment and everything honestly one of the best motels around that area and I highly recommend anyone who is around the area to stop by twin oaks God bless all of you I really appreciated everything during our stay there and miss it

I’ll start with the good. Close to beach, nice area, pool looked nice, shower was hot, and very quiet at night. The bad the place is very run down and dirty if they would just paint the inside baseboard trim door and get a new rug would be better. Very dingy and smells absolutely horrible inside. They keep the towels and sheets outside to dry in the back and our sheets had stains on them, we slept on top of the blankets to be honest. I wouldn’t even take my shoes off. Bed was extremely hard and not comfortable. They should really update the rooms and would be a lot better. Until that happens I won’t be staying there again and wouldn’t recommend this motel. Almost $600 for 2 nights and not even close to worth it. Disappointed.

All of these Star's match the service how perfect everything was. The room was so cozy and comfy! The Shower was nice and Hot everytime you use it. This place is so different compared to the other hotel's in the area. The owner and her staff went about an beyond to make me and my husband stay relaxing and enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again!! Thank You, for making our Stay Pleasant!! ☺️
