This campground is excellent! Everything is kept up nicely which is on par with every KOA I have been to. I wouldn't recommend bringing bikes with training wheels my little one had such a difficult time because of the huge rocks. Our family stayed in a cabin the bed was sooo hard we ended up buying a mattress topper at Walmart and borrowing 2 sleeping bags. The cabin had a bathroom with shower as well as a mini fridge and coffee maker with filters, bunk beds and a table. My kids loved the porch swing they were constantly on it. The pool area was really nice my only complaint was there weren't any stairs to enter just a pool ladder. I have a bad leg so I couldn't get in with my kids I had to watch from the sidelines. The dog park at the front has some areas where a small dog could escape so be careful! Our pup was able to squeeze right under the gate. Walking around the campground was so nice we really enjoyed taking our pup on walks. My parents also stayed here they were in a camper parked by the entrance and their complaint was that you could hear all the big trucks driving by at night.

The best things at this KOA, for us, were the ice-cream social ($3), the barrel rides ($.25), the scavenger hunt and the ladies who worked in the store, they were lovely. The trash pickup at your site was a great perk also!||Unfortunately, there were several things we didn't love about this location...||1) The pool needs updating. The top of the liner was gross, black/gray in color.|2) The jump pad has a sizeable hole in the middle. It was pretty unstable and unsafe with more than a couple children on it.|3) The road noise, there is a lot of it. The loops with the fanciest cabin rentals were the quietest.|4) Our camping cabin wasn't cleaned well. There was a huge screw in the middle of the floor when we walked in, plus dirt. We witnessed the cabin next to us getting cleaned....the maintenance person was in and out pretty fast.|5) The cabin also lacked electrical outlets. There was only 1 by the bed. I'd suggest bringing a.power strip.||Overall we enjoyed our time but the campground is just ok for us. We won't return.

We've been here numerous times and have enjoyed ourselves each time. This was the first time going with our camper rather than renting a cabin. Our site was directly across from the pool. Good because it was close. However the site was very tight for our camper with slide. The fire put is right by the road so people were constantly walking by to the store, bathroom, playground. No privacy. ||However, we knew that going in so can't complain. It has a playground, pool, walking trail, store, etc. It rained so we ended up spending one whole day laying in camper watching movies. Can't complain!||The kids really like the barrel rides that were offered. Little things like this they really remember. ||Close to Santa's Village if you are going there during the summer.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean bathrooms and campsite. Well wooded sites and no rocks where tents placed. Fun playground and activities for children! RV and tent sites separate for those that care. We will definitely be back!! A great KOA campground!

Twin Mountain was our NH stop during a 3 week trip through anew York and New England. Not knowing the area I thought it seemed like a central location to visit and do things I had planned. Location worked out great. We did moose tour, Mt Washington, Stowe Gondola, Franconia state park, scenic railroad. We were there 3 nights 50amp full hookup. Campground was fine a little tight (Id definitely recommend the sites with the “patio”), staff was nice, it was clean. We did not use the pool or do any onsite activities. We only had a small issue with electric. We are 50amp but it kept tripping the breaker so we had to use 30. Just had us down an AC. We did mention to staff.

We are avid tent campers. Stick with the mom and pop operations. KOA is over commercialized. The pool here is tiny...and it was broken on a 92 degree day with no other water source on the property to cool off. The General Manager is rude and enforces rules his staff does not...such as leashing dogs at all times. Lastly, there were numerous bear sightings in the campground due to trash and litter left by maintenance in common areas. This place is not good enough to charge over $70 a night to sleep in a tent.

We have visited a few KOA campings in the last years and this one really stands out. We liked that the tent sites were more in the woods, and we had really great service from all the employees, wich made our experience even better. Nothing was missing, dish soap was even included at the dishwashing station and the showers/bathrooms were well maintained. We will definitely be back.

My stay was excellent! I car camped during my recent trip to the area and was impressed. The service was very friendly, the shower was hot, and to my pleasant surprise the bathroom was well heated which was so nice since it’s still cold outside. Definitely would be a great place for families as well.
