This is really beautiful tranquil park. There's very little parking, so be prepared to walk. A few blocks in order to park in a secure place. There is a lot of poison ivy and that is something that should be maintained more by the town, but it's not. There is some graffiti and there's minimal garbage. But for the most part it's a nice preserve. There are a lot of ducks, geese, and other wildlife. This is also a great place for bird watchers.
It's not really a place where you go running. Because the ground is unstable with a lot of overgrown branches. It's nice to bring kids but not completely around the preserve due to the poison ivy factor. However, if you wanted to sit from the street and pier over the entire lake, it's very paceful.
There is no charge to visit the park.
This is the place you want to go to get away from it all. It’s so calm and peaceful and there isn’t many people here so I highly recommend going here for some time away from it all. I don’t recommend it if you don’t like walking or bugs
Beautiful nature trail hidden in plain sight. Located near the intersection of Sunrise Highway and the Wantagh Parkway; just blocks from the Belmore train station. Very relaxing with no steep hills and many opportunities for spotting wildlife and photographing nature. There are no restrooms, and dogs are not allowed. Parking is along the local streets. Definitely worth the trip!
A pleasant short trail around a clean and bright lake. Hundreds of birds - including a few beautiful swans. Interesting trail with sections that are narrow along ledges right against the water. Minimal people on a warm Sunday afternoon.
I love this place. It is always a great place for a good walk. I like coming here in the early spring and late fall the most. I love how quiet it is along the water. You can find a lot of trash sometimes which is shame but they keep it pretty clean. There is not much parking but you can find some street parking. It is a treat when it snows too come here and near sunset, every thing just looks great.
Nice even lake to run around, a little noisy as it's also along some major streets and parkways, but was still enjoyable! Definitely closer to 2 miles
A lovely little preserve. I love walking in Twin Lakes Preserve during every season, but in my opinion, it's best in Fall, when the foliage is there and there are tons of leaves on the ground.

Absolutely adore this place, love the workers, the products, the prices!!! Been going here for well over a year too and theyâve consistently been great to me. Ive already recommended this place to a number of my friends and will continue to do so
We went for a private party in a side room. Staff was so nice. Food was great! Drinks kept coming. When the party was planned I was told the manager was super helpful as well. Great time!!!!
I came here because I live in Queens and I was aware thereâs the same owner. I was anxious to meet Mrs. Milene Yanez, who, due to her fatherâs heritage, passionately prepares Venezuelan cuisine. She has been delighting the Venezuelan community wi
