Went on a hot day, but the price was good. People were friendly. Lefty clubs available for borrowing/rent as well. It was cool to hit balls into the lake for the driving range.
Such a beautiful location for a round of golf, a quiet walk, or some fun with family and friends! They also offer weekly classes held in the main building. The food in the restaurant is very good, and you can always pick up a goodie for yourself or a gift for a golfer in the Pro shop!
Plenty of free parking and a well maintained outdoor environment with easy access and a nice walking trail. Highway noise is evident at the lake. Caught a healthy bass fishing from shore. I'll be back.
Great venue to enjoy outdoor space on a date or with family/kids and they were amazing at hosting my friends birthday (afternoon). We have been coming by for years when we just want a nice area to walk around and relax and more recently enjoy with our young kids. They have play areas, volleyball, basketball, and paddle boating. Fair prices, great staff, and just a nice area to enjoy the day. We are not golfers but they seem to enjoy themselves lol
Nice park with lot of options for recreational activities. They have golf course, volleyball court, basketball practice area. Fishing is allowed in the lake. For walking and biking they have a trail around one of the lakes. The other lake is more accessible for the golfers. There is a lake terrace restaurant ( but due to covid they are open for limited customers only). The only negative is the loud noise from the highway( IL 53) close by.
A great area to rest, to bring the family for brunch or picnic. They have a nice terrace above the lake. You can play golf or fish, play beach volleyball or just enjoy the view. I love it!
Was told on the phone it would be $20 per person to play a round of golf with a cart, so we made a tee time, but was charged $30 per person when we showed up. We nearly got hit THREE TIMES by people at the driving range because the driving range faces the lake and course. Still, it was an ok course, just not worth $30 for only nine short holes.
Good to have take a walk, paddle boat ,kayaking or visiting Play ground. Golf course seems good. Lake looks very clean and well maintained.
