I spoke with Marvin about several questions as we move to the area and set up new service. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a telecommunications company in my decades of using the services. Marvin was incredibly helpful, respectful, and really nice to deal with. I really appreciate it! Thank you! I'm looking forward to using Twin Lakes now.
Twin Lakes service is awesome, and at a great price. Yesterday my dog chewed through the fiber coming into the house. We are out in the country with no cell service without the internet. I drove down the hill at 4:45 pm and called them. Service guy was at our house within an hour had us fixed and no charge.
We had contractors out at the house digging in the yard and they cut the fiber going into the house and they were out to fix it within a few hours. They’re always easy to deal with and do a great job.
Began my service with Twin Lakes Nov 2023 and had an outage on Christmas Day. The tech was able to get my WiFi back up quickly and was extremely friendly, especially for having to take calls on Christmas. So glad I switched to Twin Lakes. It’s so nice to not buffer every 20 mins while streaming like my old service used to do.
We had just gotten our new router and was having problems hooking it up. Called Tech support and the young man that helped my husband was so informative and so patient walking him through the steps. He was VERY NICE. Got us up and working now we need help with our extender, but I'm sure he can get us through that also. I just hope that he's there when we call.
The best internet available. Great staff and service all around. The service technicians know what needs to be done pretty quick. No other provider even competes with them. The prices are also very fair.

Have to say that Twin Lakes call center "Succesor" is the best with tech support. He has helped me get my internet dialed in perfectly...I have had Twin Lakes for 1 year now and they are the best internet company for customer service, support, repair, adding additional lines and more. Great customer support, service, advice and help!!!! Ask for "Successor" in the call center...he is the best help. I have used Xfinity, Cox and others and Twin Lakes is the best I have had!!!! Highly recommended! I am from California and they aren't the best, nor do they care...Twin Lakes cares and they follow up on previous issues!!!
This was my first time I had to try the burger. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the American cheese they put on it is actual cheese. The flavor was on point. My only very tiny complaint was that it was a bit too greasy but that didn't stop me
Both the chickpea schwarma and the southwest crunch wrap were beautifully wrapped and SO delicious.
The mac and cheese was unbelievably good, hard to believe it was vegan.
Loved the service and the atmosphere.
