Twin City Motel - Motel in Neenah - 375 S Green Bay Rd, USA

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and throughout my stay I was having something like an allergic reaction on my face and body. I found it hard to breathe comfortably with the moisture in the air and carpeting. I wanted to make food and the microwave did not look very pleasant so I forfeited my food at one point. The nighttime here was quiet and I liked that, however, upon my final morning of my stay I moved some of the furniture and discovered grime and gunk along the baseboards and walls. I took photos and brought this issue to the attention of the front desk/owner however, he did not compensate me for this room when I asked for a two night stay covered by the hotel and in a different room. Still upset, I did not think that my effort would go unnoticed as far as requesting appropriate service as a paying customer who stayed in this room. If you stay here at this hotel, I'd suggest bringing sanitization products like Lysol wipes or dehumidifier

First off, upon checking in the lady was very rude. We paid $65 for one night, which once we saw the room we knew we overpaid. I had to kill several big, nasty centipedes in the bathroom. The room had a stale, musty smell, and even after opening windows to air it out, it still smelled bad. Also, the TV had 2 remotes, no directions and didn't work. The beds were hard and crunchy. Definitely not a good night's sleep here.

Very nice family run Motel. We've been coming here for about 15 yrs to go to Country USA Oshkosh. What's nice is they don't raise prices during festival season !!! Refrigerators in all rooms. I'd definitely recommend it. It's very conveniently located to grocery, gas, fast food, etc. Easy access to Interstate 41. Besides Country USA we've stayed here for Bowling tournaments & Green Bay Packer games.

I got charged for a 3 star hotel. 92 dollars. They place looked like it was still in the 40's. For the price it had an old tube T.v. and no microwave. I didn't even get my $2.50 key deposit back. Then had the nerve to say they gave a discount for the night. Wish I can give no stars.

Staying in hotels and motels often leaves one with little money to spend on anything else , not the case here. You won't find any pool with water slide or hot tub, but a clean room, comfortable bed, cable,air conditioning,shower, and friendly staff. This is the type of Mom and Pop motels that was once along every little town across America. Personaly we enjoyed this basic motel and loved the fair price.

The Twin City Motel is not luxurious and there are no bells and whistles, but I have always felt that it was clean and comfortable enough for our stays. There is a frig and cable, working fixtures with hot water, and air conditioning. The family that owns it are very nice. I will stay again next year during Country USA. This is not a hotel that you would want to "hang out at" because there isn't a pool or any activities, but it is a great value!

Quiet, peaceful, and cozy. Sure it’s an old school motel but it’s manageable. It’s not a high end motel so I do not have high expectations for the place, but it is a good place for a quick stay and cheap rates compared to other motels.

Well first off... They overcharged us! We stayed here 2 weeks ago and it was only $65, today it was $75... Umm ok?? There are 3 cars in the lot with flat tires... Why?? Super sketchy situation. No liscense plates on a few cars. Just a strange experience. Also the fridge was broke and it smelled like pee in the room. Talk about enjoy your stay!!!!
