Great music venue. Good food if you can get it. Always short of staff. This last weekend was awful. It's not the servers fault. Not enough help as usual. This place could easily be 5 star if they ever fix the service. Update! Still poor service. The wait staff work hard and are friendly, but I'm guessing the owner is a real cheapskate. I've been here several times. It's always the same issue. You would think that for what little servers make, they would hire more. I'm not going to drink too much here because you can't get service fast enough to catch a buzz. UPDATE. It's pretty much the same as last. The waitresses/bartenders seemed again to be working hard but still understaffed. We didn't eat this time because a friend that went with us warned us that things were worse in regard to quality and service time. Like before, I would have easily drank more if there would have been better service.

It was so cool! They were setting up for a wedding when I stopped in. Getting ready for the dinner shift. Really have cleaned up and added on to the old place. I enjoyed it. Heard the burgers are to die for from a friend. She was right.

Decent music venue. Typical bar food. Reasonably priced drinks. Poor customer service. I came down from Columbia with a group of friends to see the Cherry Pistols. There was no cover charge. The band was excellent. The place was reasonable clean. The decor was average. The sound system was good, but accoustics in general could be improved. It was a packed house. It was just as hard to hear another person talking when the music wasn't playing as it was when they were playing. The place was very understaffed on a very busy Friday night. There was no one to greet people as people arrived. The server/bartenders looked stressed and were slow getting to people and were polite but not friendly. Since no one came to the table, I went to the bar counter. I wasn't greeted. After about 5 minutes, I was able to flag down a server/bartender. I ordered a Honey Wild Turkey and Club Soda (single) and was told the drink was $4.50. They took my credit card to start a tab. I asked about food at the bar counter and was given a menu at 6:45pm. The server/bartender never returned to take my food order. At 7:10pm I went to the food window and tried to order food but they said they wouldn't take any more orders for food because the kitchen was too backed up. It took an hour- 90 minutes for the other people I my party to get their food. One of the people who had ordered at the same time as the rest got her order 25 minutes later than the other orders. I was never able to order food. I ordered a 2nd of the same drink around 8:30p. I left my credit card. When I came back to get it the next day, there was a charge for $20.75 on my card for the 2 $4.50 beverages. They told me they had an autogratuity of 20%. I told them that I was overcharged for the 2 drinks. They gave me $4 cash. I did not sign the credit card slip, and they never asked for a signature. The way they handle money is concerning to me. I don't plan to return to this venue because of their poor customer service and inability to take care of their clientele due to understaffing.
