Had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and our waiter Austin was very attentive and professional.

Came here on a busy Valentine's day night with hubby and kids and was glad that Twigs allowed us to make reservations so we didn't have to wait too long to be seated which we greatly appreciated. Food was good, some entrees were a little overprice for my liking and wish my salmon portions were a little bit bigger than what was served. Calamari rings were okay although not my favorite. Overall dining experience, I will give it a 3.5 out of 5.

Good location in Downtown Spokane in the mall. Good martinis and nice food. I had issue with my dish , I found the fly there. But it was replaced shortly and I was removed from the bill. That’s why I took 1 star out. When I’m travelling to Spokane I visiting this Bar/ Bistro while doing some shopping.

Went to twigs in River Park square after a movie and it was amazing. The food and the service was first class all the way. Started with Arancini which may be the best appetizer I've had in a while. Blackened shrimp tacos and the steak salad could not have been better. As good as the food was the service was the highlight. Sofia was outstanding from greeting until the check. On her game and such a sweet personality. Thanks for the great night.

The location is great as we had a table that overlooked the mall. Prices are a bit high, but the food was good. The service was great. Friendly and kind staff. Good place to eat if you are downtown at the mall

On Friday, December 10, 2021, my wife and I went to the Twigs inside River Park Square for dinner with my brother and sister-in-law. These days it is frustrating that a lot of restaurants don’t let you make reservations so I appreciated it that Twigs did allow us to make a reservation….and that our table was actually ready for us when we arrived. The setting at the downtown Twigs is awesome as it is on one of the upper floors of River Park Square and overlooks the main atrium of the building. During December it is even better as you get to admire the gigantic Christmas tree that ascends though the entire place. The service was very slow tonight from our drinks to our appetizer to our food. However, the restaurant was packed so I understand that there will be delays. Makayla was our server and was very personable. She did a nice job and our order came out right. I got the Twigs signature burger that was pretty good and my wife ordered the truffle pasta that I felt was delicious. Lots of flavor! I think you pay a little more than the actual value of the food and the portions but the environment in which you enjoy your meal makes up for that. We would return to Twigs again, whether it be the downtown location or the other locations (some of the other restaurants look really nice too).

DO NOT GET SERVED BY THE BARTENDER. If you get assigned the bartender, run! We were seated near the entrance of the restaurant and were assigned a jolly server (who was the main bartender at the time & unbeknownst to us). Guess how many times we were checked on after our orders came out? ZERO TIMES. I had to get up twice from our table and flag the bartender down for refills on beverages & the check. Big 0 on customer service. Will management respond? Most likely not. Look at past reviews! Food was ok for price. Nothing special that would make me come back again. Hamburgers were just... ok. See photos. Atmosphere was nice as there were a lot of t.v.s & the venue was clean imo. Just the service was junk. 2/5☆s

Always a great time at twigs! Was taken care of by our server from the start, he asked all the right questions, was very polite, made ordering easier than ever. Food was over the top good for not a whole lot more than other restaurants. I got the Twigs signature burger and it by far beats other restaurants for a similar price. Was juicy, cooked perfectly, perfect amount of everything and great flavors all around. Fries had some spice to them which I loved. The other 4 in the group highly enjoyed the time we spent at Twigs aswell. Well worth the 15-20 minute wait, with a bit higher price for the food. Definitely recommend for a group, date or just a night out!
