The staff in the leasing office, Paige, Wayne, Natasha, Melissa, and Sofia are super nice! They also respond to emails promptly.
Natasha, the leasing agent responsible for my move-in, was very timely in her responses from the application process to move-in, ensuring there were no issues during my move-in.

There are two subway stations nearby, so if the green line is not available, the orange line can be used. It's convenient no matter where you're going.
Twenty20 offers so much to the commuter professional. The location is perfect. It is close to the heart of both Boston and Cambridge. Walking distance to some great shops and eateries and just a T hop away on the green line to some of the best restaurants in Boston. I am grateful for the new dog park right outside the front entrance. The staff has always been helpful and responsive to my every need. No issues with deliveries and very attentive to any issues I have. I highly recommend this living community as an oasis in the city.
I moved into Twenty20 a few months ago and the staff has exceeded expectations. Everyone is super helpful and the building remains clean and cared for. The entire leasing office is super friendly and is willing to help out with any issues. Especially Natasha, she has the answer to ANY question and has been amazing with everything I have needed (Even over the phone). We must never lose her. Also, Uzo at the concierge desk is my favorite! He always has a warm smile and makes the building feel like home. Thank you, Twenty20!
Twenty|20 is an amazing building to be in. The staff in the leasing office, Paige, Wayne, Melissa, Natasha, and Sofia are the kindest people. They have gone above and beyond to help out on any question or concern. The events are fun and the amenities are top notch. Definitely would recommend!
Twenty Twenty is truly a special place. Not only is it a beautiful building in a great location, but the people who work there are extremely kind, hardworking, and selfless. Natasha, Paige, Melissa, Sofia , and Wayne are extremely helpful and are always willing to go out of there way to make sure the residents living experience is the best it can possibly be. They have helped to make Twenty Twenty feel like home.
The location worked perfect for us. The building and rooms are well maintained. Concierges, maintenance and Office collaborators are always welcoming and willing and ready to help you with your requests. No regrets.
Well appointed building and amenity spaces! Resident events are a nice addition, though sometimes supplies at these events are insufficient relative to resident turnout. Wish there was a little more of a neighborhood feel to the area, but it’s growing/improving. Better/more frequent shuttle options would be helpful. Great residents and most of the staff are super helpful!
Twenty20 is a great community and everyone from the concierge to the leasing office were so nice and helpful! The apartments are amazing and the amenities are a huge plus! The views from the rooftop deck was amazing, loved seeing all of Boston from up there!

this skatepark is so spacious and so much fun. thereâs so many different ramps and areas to skate. the skaters are usually pretty friendly and give you space to do your thing. the scenery is so beautiful, especially when the sun starts to go down.
