I had exceptional experience with Tweaks by Geeks. They were prompt, patient with me, went above and beyond to help the initial concern, extremely skilled at what they do, and I felt very very comfortable with some personal information they worked with. I was not expecting such a great price.Nice to know there are those businesses out there! 5 stars for sure.

I'd like to leave a 1 star but I'm not going to. I gave them my laptop because it wasn't powering up when plugged in (I knew the battery was shot but it should still work when plugged in.) THREE weeks later I get it back...they only replaced the battery. When I asked about the charging, all I got was a snarkie answer. Paid $250 to have him clean up my computer from viruses and give me a new battery. THREE WEEKS! Sometimes will work now when plugged in, sometimes not. They never even looked inside to see what could have been the problem since that was what I brought it there in the first place (he admitted to not even checking.) Clearly there's something loose (figured that out on my own.) Now I have to take it someplace else. Oh...and the guy is super condescending...I should have walked out from the get go but I was desperate. That was my bad. I should have gone somewhere else after the first 60 seconds.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful telling me exactly what was done. Great atmosphere and super well managed business overall! Will definitely be coming back for any future issues!

Biggest shout out to Tweaks by Geeks! My 10-year-old laptop finally died yesterday, Sunday, afternoon while working on writing projects with stiff deadlines. I brought my computer in first thing Monday morning, and though it ultimately couldn’t be revived, the Geek team was able to recover my documents and most pressing work. I’m now able to hit three important news deadlines—three cheers for Tweaks by Geeks!

Amazing staff, amazing customer service, and they know how to do just about everything. I needed to rebuild my gaming PC and upgrade a few things and they not only did it fast, they exceeded my expectations. Definitely a lifetime customer.

I stopped in for the first time today with a laptop that wasn't charging. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a solution. They fortunately had the charger that I needed to get my laptop charging again. I purchased it onsite and they saved me from having to wait for a new one to be shipped. Thanks Toby!

Great service and friendly staff. Quick turnaround on replacing a broken iPad screen. I have used Tweaks by Geeks in the past and will continue using them for all my computer needs!
