The owner will sell you a product that he says is amazing and will have a million functions to make running your business easier. The implementation consultant will come in later after you have signed all the documents and tell you the software solution doesn’t do any of the functions that his boss told you it could do. Or the implementor will send you 1 cryptic email for you to set it up yourself, then you’ll be billed for the 6 hours it took them to learn the software and compose said email. Then you will fire Turnkey, get a new implementor, and find out the product really does do all the amazing things you were originally promised, turnkey just doesn’t know what they’re doing. Don’t do this to yourself. Find a company of professionals that won’t embarrass you later.
