They make excuses for bad food. Try training your people right wish the owner would call me . I worked at a pizza restaurant for 5 years and was in management. I trained people to do it right. I wanted to talk to the owner but was told he is never there. He should be because he's losing money.

This pizza is just fine, won't knock your socks off. It's greasy, but the toppings are plentiful. The staff are nice, bathrooms clean (have to ask for key), and in-person eating area is clean, too. I've heard excellent things about the sandwiches, so those are our next try! Every time we've gotten food it has been prompt, if not early, and hot. Not Accessible. High chairs but no booster seats. Free parking up and down the street, was easy to find a spot. Takes cash or card. Offers local delivery.

I know it's a cliche expression, but this is the only expression I have. This place makes the most delicious pizzas I've ever eaten!. I want to move right next to this pizza place. Don't think too much, try the special pizza

TF Pizza House was so wonderful and accommodated our large volleyball team when we visited the area. We enjoyed delicious penne pasta, salad and garlic bread. They delivered a TON of food to a nearby school and even provided paper products which was so appreciated! Thank you again for feeding us and making our visit an enjoyable one, despite losing our game! 🙃

Must be new employees with little to no training or the ownership has decided to go cheap on the quality/quantity. Myself and crew order lunch every Thursday and today I decided on a small taco pizza which I've had in the past. OMG!!! like what happened? When I picked up the unopened box, it felt like I was holding a empty box? They use a chili based sauce for the taco pizzas and I could Barely find any on this pizza. So what I got was a onion, pepper & tomato pizza covered with nacho chips. $14.25 + tax, OUCH!!! 2nd follow up comment: Get this everyone, The owner contacted me promptly and made this disappointing episode into a very satisfying experience. Obviously a stand up individual with the resolve to make things right. I highly recommend Turners Falls Pizza.

Every single time I order a sandwich from here they mess it up. It's a simple order. I'm not going to call and complain because I'm tired of calling them to complain. It's not that hard to follow simple directions. I don't live close enough to come all the way back there to get the right order.

First time ordering food here. The 2 subs and order of fries we ordered were great. But my pizza abd my chili was horrible. The steak and sausage on my pizza was burned bad. Abd the chili was dried out. Literally. Dry. No fluid in it at all.

Not impressed at all! For multiple reasons. Prices where way to expensive Pizza was flavorless Pizza was cut into squares! Who cuts round pizzas into squares! Ruins the experience of eating pizza! Hands down the absolute worst Pizza I have had! When I call and asked I was told that's this is how the ownership wants it cut! I believe they need to stop reinventing the wheel and keep a perfect thing perfect.
