Turnkey has the bench to handle our day to day support needs in a timely way but also to delve into layered tickets where there are cross issues with our VOIP system and the network. In emergencies, there on site dispatch time is very small. We have a medical clinic with ten providers, four locations and over 70 employees. I couldn't operate with out them.
Zeek did an amazing job with fixing the computer issue I was having at work. Zeek was very helpful over the phone and guiding me step by step. Once I got confused, he stated he would come on sight to help. He arrived in a timely manner and went straight to my computer and began working on the issue. He did not leave his seat until the problem was fixed. Normally, when Zeek arrives at Crescent City Surgical Centre he completes any task/issue we may have, so I was confident he would be able to fix the problem. Once he was done, Zeek explained to me what the issue was and how to move forward now that it was fixed. I truly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. Also, we all appreciate how quickly he arrived to help. Thanks again!
