We just got started with Turbo Debt. We’ve needed help for a while, so we researched and found Turbo Debt. Spent 3 hours on the phone with Jay Martin going through all of our records. Jay was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took his time and explained everything in detail and found us a great payback program to clear our debt. Saved us a bunch of money every month and our total payment is well within our affordable limit. So, so far so good with them and appreciate the non judgement from Jay.

Would give 0 stars. I am an accountant and financial analyst of 10 years. I had an unfortunate situation happen to my family last month that temporarily decreased my income and permanently increased my expenses. Already on a road to recover from the situation, I considered a loan to consolidate several of my existing debts in order to free up a little of my monthly expense while I waited for the situation to recover over the next few months. I received a scheduled call and was honest and transparent with the representative. Just because I had existing debt and had consolidated debt in the past, he made the assumption I was just getting tons or loans and consolidating them or something. The last debt consolidation I had done offered a program where you can turn to consolidation payback into a new loan with low interest so they will upfront pay your old debt off and allow your credit score to recover faster. I had taken this in past which is why it is now technically a loan. I tried to explain this to him, and that this unfortunate situation has happened, I have it under control, but I was thinking a new loan that I'd use to pay off the other debt MIGHT allow me lower monthly payments then the current debt payments combined. Just give me a little more breathing room. I'm not being irresponsible. If you wanna pay them all back on my behalf I could care less. I just don't know if the company can do that with a car payment and a loan a family member who gave me a lower rate than the dealership when I purchased a car this past year. So basically, these people judged me and my situation, didn't care to offer me any alternatives than what I had initially requested, said if that is all I am interested in then they cannot help me. And before I could say, no I'd be interested to hear what you do have to offer and what you suggest, he just hung up on me. So yeah, judged, disrespected, and thrown out like garbage is how they treated me. Literally the worst customer service I've ever received.

Know what you are agreeing to before you sign up, especially if you already have a good record of paying your debt. This company tells you not to pay your bills so your bills will go into default and in the meantime you are sending a less amount to the Company. This money they will add up enough to pay your debt Once your accounts are in default they will start negotiating a less payoff for you debt. They will do that process on each of your bills. That why they can not tell you the exact time when your debt will be paid off . Your tied up paying them for years even if they negotiated lower rates and payoffs lower than your actual debt. Another red flag your debtors can still come after you for the money you did have to pay. The company does not have any exact figures for you. Just aware what you are signing up for. Remeber there's no legal protection, your debtors can still come after you. Just be aware what you are signing up for.

I’m drowning in debt, barely making it payday to payday. My life has become so stressful due to so many bills. While looking for yet another loan (not very smart on my part) I found Turbo Debt, and I’m so glad I did. I spoke to Derick, and he was very helpful. He spent a lot of time with me, answering questions and explaining how the program works. He was very kind, caring and supportive. After talking for well over an hour, I was tired from a long day and told Derick I needed a little time to do some research and think it over. We set up a time for the next day, Derick called me back, we talked some more and I decided to join. I am a little nervous about starting the process, but I was also nervous about all of my debt. Derick assured me that I would never be alone throughout this process, and has already reached out to me a couple of times. I plan to be debt free in about two years. I would have never been debt free had I continued the way I was. I know this review is a long, but I hope everyone takes the time to read it. Of course I read some of the negative reviews, and to those I say, “I’m sorry you had a bad experience, and I don’t know your particular circumstances, but my guess is you unfortunately spoke to someone who just wasn’t doing their job right.” Thank you so much for caring, and for your help, Derick!

They called me to discuss my debt, but did not want to clarify any options over the phone. Derrick continued to assume I was in debt over my head which I expressed I was just looking over my options. Very Aggressive Customer Service, not listening to the client or willing to explain information emailed. I could tell he was only worried about “ Making the sell”After researching and reading other reviews I will most likely will not consider this service as an option. Truly a waste of time.

Ryan was very informative. He allowed me time to review my options over the course of several days. I never felt pressure to choose anything I was presented.

Tried to do a consultation with this company. Their customer service is horrible. I tried to ask the girl a couple of simple questions. She simply did not want to answer the questions that were very simple questions without getting in-depth credit information on me. These were very simple questions on their program that did not need any of my credit information in order to be answered. She refused to answer the questions, and when I asked her to remove my information from their system, she hung up on me. This is not a professional company and is at the bottom of the barrel as far as these companies come. I have now talked to several of these sort of companies to see how they all work and who is the best to go with, if any. This was, by far, the absolute worst customer service I have experienced. To hang up on someone for asking simple questions is ridiculous. That is not a good way to retain or possibly get the customer in the future. Avoid this company at all costs. There are better companies out there with better customer service that will treat you way better!!! Do your research, people!!! The big thing I wanted to ask was what percentage they charged. Many of these companies charge a flat percentage of the amount you owe! That can be a huge amount!! It they charge you 22% of your total debt for their service, you might as well pay the cards % rate and just devote some extra money to it every month to avoid it ruining your credit. Make smart choices, people. These places are not looking out for you. They are here to make money!!!!! If you are not good with basic math and do not understand how that works, ask for help from someone who can calculate it all up for you before you do this sort of thing!!!
