My boyfriend's flight was running late and Sweet from customer service was nothing but kind. She provided his information so thoroughly to me and got him where he needed to be. They need more Sweets in customer service at other airports.

We had a Contour airline flight that was supposed to depart at 7:55 am this morning. 1st we were told the pilot’s oxygen mask wasn’t working, then we were told it was fixed and another issue about 3 hours later. Then while waiting for the paperwork to be signed, after another 30 mins we were told there was another issue and they weren’t sure how long it would be. We were told by another passenger that this has happened multiple times when they were trying to leave Tupelo. So we decided to leave the airport and drive to GTR so we could actually make it on time for Xmas.

Absolutely fantastic little airport, great staff, probably the friendliest TSA staff ever. Highly recommended traveling there

The friendliest airport! Small but efficient! Ryan was incredible!!! He saved our day and does it all! The whole staff was so helpful, kind, patient, and went out of their way to serve and care for us.

I’ve flown into this airport 12 times , and every single time they let u sit in the plane waiting and watching them unload baggage. How about being courteous to passengers that travel light and don’t check a bag? We have to wait to get out of the plane for what? Let everyone out, then get the bags. It’s ridiculous that they haven’t thought of that. Bags shouldn’t come before people

The airport is small, uncrowded, and only two service(s), rental car companies. Definitely could use a small cafe or something. Only have a water fountain and a vending machine. Staff were extremely helpful. I got all three tickets at the counter. They checked my bag. Flight was on time. The people who check you in, might the the people helping you board. That's a consequence of being a small airport. Need more flights going out, and more destinations.

Professional and courteous staff at Contour Airlines counter, tremendous customer care and support. Just a reminder that check-in bag cutoff is 30 minutes prior to departure.

I fly out of Tupelo…a lot! Best airport and staff on the planet.
