I paid $65 per Night for three nights for my cousin after visiting him I noticed the rooms have Graffiti and the floors have broken tiles very Sketchy area pay the additional $5.00 to stay somewhere cleaner because this place isn't it! Don't bring a family here ! People sleeping outside trash everywhere advertises 3 nights for $95 but that's far from the truth needs updated, cleaned up and security
Ya get what ya pay for if you stay a while and aren’t of the trouble makers that are sometimes noisy outside then they will even work with you on the rent. I have not found one single bed bug so any statements of such is sheer slander. Same goes for the roaches I haven’t seen one.
Family trip to tulsa zoo, so found a hotel close by the zoo, The Tudor Inn was off the main road, very reasonable priced. $63 for 2 adults and 1 child. When the mini frig was not cold, managment did "turn it on". We left for dinner, gone about an hour, returned to 6 police cars in f ront of our room and surrounding area. My husband asked if it was "safe", their reply was... Just another Saturday night at the Tudor. Upon returning to room, the frig was still not working. The manager suggested we put anythng we have in the "office". That was not convient, nor were we going to be walking around outside after what happened with the police. ||The next morning when we were packing up, a man stepped into our open door (we were loading up). and asked if we were interested in buying a dvd player or camera. then added.. I promise they are NOT STOLEN.. wow. we did advise the manager we would NOT be back nor recommend the place to anyone.
Not very comfortable. The best thing it had going for it would be that there is artwork on the walls from former tenates that I thought is very creative and entertaining. I would definitely look into putting something meaningful on my next visit if possible. If not then they could see about a bundle deal for a new price with the new artistic achievement and valued lifes that contributed some art work/wording to the rooms.
Stayed here overnight on business. After paying a $10 premium because all they had was downstairs rooms. (Why is that a $10 difference than an upstairs room? I don't know.) The refrigerator in the room did not work. Upon bringing attention of the office I was informed that since I had used the restroom in the room between the 15 minutes that I checked in that I could not get another room. That they could give me a "clean trashcan" that I could fill with ice. (Not very useful to keep leftovers cold.) The terrible and small 1980's TV had a generic remote that did not work and got TERRIBLE reception for a "cable" tv. The bed was hard as a rock. The walls were a patchwork of mismatched wallpaper and water damage. Finally, upon packing our things to leave my watch fell behind the "dresser". Upon moving it I discovered every empty drug baggie that any drug head had done in that room. (Like 6 of them). That would have been great for a non-drug user to explain to the police had they showed up. I have stayed in some VERY bad hotels in my lifetime but, this by far was the WORST! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. It is drug infested and NOTHING on the front sign of the building is true.
Can't believe this place is open .. I guarantee if the city did a inspection without giving advanced warning it would be condemned.. sheets and everything made of fabric is stained so much writing on the walls it reminds me of a jail cell and jail cells smell better. I would sleep in a pile of dog krap before I would lay my head in one of those rooms
Well today had a domestic dispute here over money. Room cost over $50 a night. Thats really too high in cost for the conditions of rooms. Poor condifions on curtains need replaced beds are conforatable but need replaced. Windows are hazardous. Pain glass windows are dangerous. Managment told me I couldnt stay here and that I needed to leave after federal police had to come out and difuse situation and got both myself and other domestic disputer to agree on him leaving. Managment needs to file better insurance claims to get windows upgraded. I guess managment is spending too much time inside office under air conditioning because ive been homeless 6 years in area and acter paying over $50 cash for last night and then $50 again on my Visa out of my SSI check he is telling me I need to leave and hes not refunding my money. I think if he wants me to leave thats a bad decision and he should have to refund any money paid on this room because of windows being dangourous I'm sure a law suite in small claims court would be a lot more in cost. Managment would be costing the buissness thats property liability on failure to keep safety regulations on not keeping windows up to date and safe which is life threatening. I cut my hand up trying to knock on window to get someone to get managment attention. Also managemnt didnt seem worried about siguation and wasent worried about injury. He was acting like property was more important than human bodily injury. Considering a persons life is more important than the pain glass that was broken. He didn't seem worried about my siituation. The domestic dispute was a incovince for the motel, but it being common in this area thats understandable. But its a buissness reguardless and the right to work is still being a blessing here and the buissness still is running in this state and should be worried about property being at fault for bodily injury is still buissness owners responsibility to keep up to date on insurance and failure to report this incident as a accidental damage claim would be illegal because of windows being dangourous. And the windows would have to be replaced with proper installation. You could tell they being replaced and fixed with minimal repairs. Managment should have to replace windows and learn proper up keep and saftey regulations enforced and taught proper buissness maintenance. The officers said that the managment would have to enforce kicking me out and im still here and they said I should have plenty of time to handle my bimuissness. If they make me leave here then I think this buissness should have to close this buissness down.
