I got my laptop serviced and the customer service and work they did to my laptop was excellent. They fixed my initial issues and went above and beyond with additional fixes to the computers shell. They were also able to finish the job quicker than their expected date. Overall, the service they did for me was amazing quick and affordable and I will definitely return for any other issues, thanks again!
I'm not one to post a lot, however I wanted to make the effort to praise TTS business products for not only my Brother printer repair, but for the communication and swift process. Its a small company, which is nice as you speak to the owners. Frank who repaired my printer worked on it the same day for me and I had it back right away. I was happy with the diagnosis fee to repair. and when it was finished , he had cleaned up the glass and drum for me as well as a nice bonus. I looked on line who was an authorized Brother repair, and was very happy to have found them. I live in Suffolk county and they are in Nassau, but I would go to no other if I ever had any other issues down the road. 5 out 5 stars from me :)

Very knowledgeable and I received excellent service! My old printer was beyond repair and as a university and public school teacher I needed a workhorse machine. TTS matched me up perfectly and I am very happy!
