Excellent experience with Bob and his crew. Price was several thousands under a name brand plumbing company in San Diego. His guys were awesome. They were punctual, neat and respected plants and property, work was competently and efficiently performed, no butt cracks, in and out in 5 hours flat. Don't go to a plumbing company who does everything. TRS specializes in CIPP. I hope we never need them again, but if we do, I'll calling Bob.

I was very impressed with the great service provided by TSR in a recent rehabilitation project for our sewer system! There were significant issues with failed connections (including a disconnection at the city sewer main) and roots inside our 4” clay sewer line. Our 2” cast iron lateral line from the kitchen sink also had issues with cracking and roots inside the line. Bob was very responsive and knowledgeable in putting together a great plan to address our issues and at a fair price. Bob’s skilled crew of Boris and Jose completed 77 feet of epoxy lining for the 4” clay sewer line. They also completed 30 feet of 2” epoxy lining and 17 feet of epoxy coating inside the 2” cast iron sewer line. The entire project was completed within one day by this team of professionals!

Our house in San Diego is situated on a hill, and we needed a long stretch of our sewer pipe lined to prevent future root intrusion. Bob and his team were quick to get us in and work around the quirks of our property. They were professional, did an excellent job, and gave us a great price. Would highly recommend!

We had a root that had entered our main sewer line and caused water to back up into our house. Bob and his team came right out and took a video of the sewer line. They showed me the problem and what needed to be done. Bob explained every detail of the process and answered every question we had. He was very flexible with our schedule and came out to do the job right away. I had several estimates for this expensive relining job. Trenchless was half as much as the other guy, but that's not why I chose them. Bob did a thorough review, explained the components of the bid, didn''t "add" tasks that weren't needed. In short, he provided the most honest, reliable, professional bid and work. If you're going to spend thousands of dollars, make sure you're getting good value for it. TSR did.

We were preparing our house for sale and we wanted to make sure there were no issues with the sewer line that would hinder the sale. After a sewer inspector found several breaks in our clay pipe line, he recommended having the entire line replaced. We live on a hill and have extensive landscaping including a stream and waterfall, so digging out the line wasn’t really an option for us. We explored trenchless options and even had two other companies give us quotes. Both of the other companies would only repair to the property line (not all the way to the city connection), mainly because the line transitioned from a 4 inch line to a 6 inch line before it reached the city connection. Both of these other companies also gave quotes that were more expensive and involved longer work hours. Bob and his crew came out and scoped the line, gave us a detailed description of what was required and told us that they’d do a custom line to cover the change in size for the 4 to 6 inch section and re-line the entire 96 foot line, plus have it all done in one day and for a lower cost than the other two estimates we’d received. The crew showed up on time, were very careful and respectful of our yard and landscaping, and had the entire job completed in less than six hours. They cleaned up and restored everything without leaving a trace of their work. They were happy to provide me with a video recording of the inside of the new sewer sleeve and a receipt with a 20-year warranty. I can’t say enough good things about TSR, Bob and his team! I highly recommend them for any sewer repair project!
