What a great place located right next door to my motel. You order at the front and then they bring you your food. AJ took my order, super nice guy, the food was awesome! I got the BBQ Pork Nachos, I loved them, big enough for a meal for one person. All the employees were super nice and kept checking on me. I'd go back tomorrow but they are closed on Sunday.
Stopped here for dinner while in Durango.

Everything was really good, except the chicken, which was amazing.
The cornbread was a bit dry, and they were way understaffed, but the overall experience was definitely worth it.
I am only out in that corner of the state every three or so months, but you can bet I'll be back.
This was really good Louisiana style Barbecue. I mean southwest Colorado, mountain town, not exactly the bayou! You will not be disappointed. The meat is soft and wonderful smokey flavor. Good portions. If they have the gumbo do not pass it up! Will return!
This restaurant is a gem tucked in a corner! Upon entrance, we were greeted and welcomed. The menu was explained to us proficiently. The daily specials are a must. The chicken on a stick and bowl of ribs was excellent. Our server was very attentive to our drinks. I would definitely come back again. Give it a try.
There was a lot to take in with this experience. I'm not use to waiting a long time for a bbq order but they were pretty short handed and the wait was a little long, but once I got the food 🤌 my gawd was phenomenal their ribs some of the best I ever had, there bbq sauce was soft on and pulled pork hit right! Def will seek this place out when in the durango area again !!
It was OK. Bread was dry and coleslaw needed flavoring. Bread pudding was soggy.

Today we took to the streets of Durango Colorado. After an amazing drive in and a few stops about town we stumbled onto this amazing hidden gem. It's authentic creole cooking. It even taste of Louisiana on every bite. Vic ate the alligator po boy and said it was amazing!🤩. Everything from the decore to the gorgeous views outside beg you to come in and enjoy.

Friendly service. I ordered the roast beef, it was yummy. Probably the best Au Jus I've ever had, it actually had flavor besides just salty brown water. All seat inside are hightops, but outside, they have picnic like tables.
