One of the worst video systems I have ever used in the automotive industry. The app never works, the website is not user friendly for existing clients but is geared towards bringing in new customers and no support for existing clients. Update after using for several months- still the worst app I've ever used. Does not run smoothly, always is glitchy/ buggy, support is next to nothing on getting issues resolved. They try adding new features to the app which makes it run even worse when rolled out.
Recently the luxury brand dealership that I am a technician at made the switch from a perfectly working program to Truvideo, the entirety of the service center has had nothing but issues with this software. The first app didn't work at all then they have a download a new one because the first sucked so bad, their updated app still doesn't operate at the level for professional business especially to the quality my luxury brand customers deserve.
Truvideo has been a Godsend to our service department. It has DRAMATICALLY increased our effective labor rate, hours per repair order and customer satisfaction scores. The increase in customer pay labor has more than made up for the losses we face in warranty labor. Our customers LOVE the service and the approval rate on repairs is close to 80%. The integration was easy and almost problem free. Jacqui and Brian were great with the transition from our old platform. They have always been there to help with any issues we had while learning how to use the system. The other added benefit, which makes using Truvideo well worth it by itself, is the money we have saved on disputed lot damages. We have already saved thousands of dollars on customers claiming their vehicles were damaged while here in the shop. Every one so far has shown the damage on the car prior to it being here. The video walk arounds have saved us time and time again. Truvideo has become a tool that I couldn't imagine us doing without.
I canceled my account because the new app was not good. They charged my account anyways which is a real slimmy move.
This company has been great to work with! We use them to send a video to customer of our findings when we work on their vehicles. This has made it easier for our customers to see what we see and have less questions or concerns. We are also able to communicate with our customers through the texting feature. Any time we have a question or concern they answer it right away and walk us through any issues that we have. This is a great company and we highly recommend others use them as well. We look forward to working with them in the years to come!
My service department has been using another product to provide video's for over a year to our customer's however it is frustrating for my consultants and technicians when we can't get everything to send as the system was just inadequate. I evaluated a number of company's out there and I felt Tru Video was exactly what we needed, we were not forced into a costly system and Tru Video has proven in the first 2 weeks how effective the system works and the belief my staff has in the functionality and the results being produced!!! Kudos to Tru Video so far I'm a believer!!

Quaint little cafe with limited seating but extraordinary customer service and food. Very popular lunch spot for students, laborers and tradesmen. The menu is super basic but has some very YUMMY breakfast items and sandwiches. I highly recommend
