Trump International Beach Resort - Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach - 18001 Collins Ave, USA

Had the pleasure of spending five days at this resort. Very high quality. The staff is wonderful. Kind and helpful. The service couldn’t have been better. The food is excellent. Wish our time there could have been longer. Will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at the Trump International Hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff provided exceptional service and the hotel itself was stunning. The valet service, particularly Berton and Brian, stood out for their professionalism and attention to detail. Though the rates may be higher, the luxury and personalized service make it worth it. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

This hotel is amazing the staff are so nice and helpful, there even is a minibar in your room. Housekeepers come in your room everyday and If you have Kids this is a amazing place because they have many kids activities and something very important its family friendly. the food is amazing you can order food to your room for breakfast lunch and dinner. The place is always very clean, I come here at least once a year with my family I totally recommend don't believe the bad reviews.

The staff at front desk, lobby and pool are out to please you with a smile! When we needed additional towels they were brought it to our room right away. The room is clean, comfortable, spacious with a great balcony overlooking the ocean! We had an amazing stay !

I am currently staying at the Trump International Beach Resort. For the last two days, our neighbor has been smoking excessively in the room next door. This is a smoke free resort, but we have had to deal with not only with the obnoxious smell but the awful effect on my allergies. I provided feedback to the front desk as well as through the hotel’s app. Nothing was done. I was told to open my balcony door for fresh air. We paid a significant amount of money to have half of our stay ruined. Management offered no compensation or ability to switch rooms. Housekeeping also informed us the guests were supposed to checkout but just stayed in the room without notifying anyone. Terrible terrible customer service. How is this acceptable?

Great stay; safe surroundings!||Awesome view; and convinient beach, pool & spa areas. All type of restaurants in the area. Men’s Spa. Aventura Mall (fancy one); Walgreens and CVS stores nearby. ||||The TV was a little old fashion; luckily, I brought my own Google Chrome-cast device. 👌🏼

Lovely hotel with beautiful oceanfront rooms and great service. The neighborhood is also delightful and there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The beach and pool are also very nice. They take care of you every way and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

No hot water at 5PM - Are you kidding me?||Super slow elevators - Late for 4 meeting waiting on them.||Generally run down facility - Needs renovation.||No room service after 10PM - Are you kidding me.||Stafff was super nice. - Give them a raise!||Bars were under staffed. - Get more help!
