Rachel at True Sports Glen Burnie has been phenomenal in helping me rehab after a knee surgery. Her commitment to helping me rebuild strength and her willingness to design an at home program that fits my schedule and needs as a martial artist has allowed me to get back into the studio and continue my journey toward black belt. Each session is personalized and leaves me feeling more confident. I cannot recommend Rachel and the whole team at True Sports Glen Burnie more highly. I have found my PT home.

Dr. Rachel Knobel has been a great physical therapist for me. As a semi-pro soccer player I’ve had a couple injuries. She listened to what I had to say about my injuries and was accommodating in her exercise selection when she needed to but also would challenge me when necessary. She takes her time to engage with her patients and the equipment is top notch. The facility at Glen burnie has plenty of space and a turf field for any sport rehab. True Sports is a great company with great sports rehab professionals.

Rachel, Lucas and the True Sports team has been exactly what I needed for multiple nagging injuries. They always fit me in during their busy times even for the most minor of concerns. They have empowered me to take the knowledge I gained from them and implement them in to my own routine. I love the gym type feel which allows me to do my normal routine with minor technique guidance and tweaks. I highly recommend this team if you want to get back to your normal activity fast. I was ready to give up on physical therapy at only 8 weeks post ACL replacement due to overly passive PT with another provider. I am so happy I found True Sports. They have me doing things I couldn't do BEFORE my injury. It is more like personal trainers with overall physical wellness knowledge that only true professionals can provide. I highly recommend if you need PT and want to come out stronger in the end.

My own experience is I have been treated real good all the PT have been very good at getting my knee back in motion which is feeling good now but I will need little bit more to get it where I don’t need there help and do my exercises at home and I enjoy going there they very good at what they do

True Sports is amazing. My son went to Rachel as well as Lucas. Both are great. Rachel helped Landon get back to baseball after his injury. He is stronger and better than ever because of her. He also does strength and conditioning with Steven who has helped him get in shape. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to have physical therapy.

My son has had multiple stress fractures for the past two years. After constant pain, we decided to see a different physical therapist. Meet Dr. Lucas- he is wonderful!
