Great idea for wholesome food that is locally sourced, paired with a seasonal menu; however, the execution could use some attention. Went on a weekend night, had a reservation, the service was slow. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and about an hour for food. There are a lot of other restaurants to try in the area that will blow you away. Pictured is a burger cooked “medium.” Great cocktail selection but I would go somewhere else.
Not too much to say. The stars say it all. Good, healthy food and excellent customer service. And yes, I got both bowls. (Pro tip: Did you know you can ask for half size bowls?) 😉 I got meat, but I asked for my shrimp (which was blackened perfectly by the way) on the side so I could enjoy it evenly with both bowls 😋
Always happy to eat at true food kitchen. While not cheap, their food quality and ingredients are very good and the food taste delicious regardless of what I order.
My friend and I were in town visiting for a Celiac conference and tried true food for the first time. Everything was absolutely delicious and service was great. We shared the roasted Brussel sprouts and my dinner was the Hawaiian fried rice. Next time I am in Columbus, I most definitely will be dining here again!
Love that there are vegetarian and healthy options! Everything was delicious, the service was friendly and helpful, and the overall look and feel was wonderful.
The food was great. The waiter was awesome too. She was very informative and knowledgeable. My wife had the spaghetti squash casserole with added chicken and mushrooms. I had the bbq chicken served on a bed of grains with roasted corn and broccolini. We also shared the roasted street corn flatbread which was great. Oh the wife had a kale aid drink which she liked.
True Food NEVER disappoints. It is a true foodie experience dining here from a perfect Americano to Charred cauliflower app followed by ancient grains bowls with salmon and the butternut pizza with almond ricotta ending with butternut squash pie. Perfect! And did I even mention that we are gluten and dairy free? The only problems are having to choose from all the amazing options and that we live 5 hours away.
Food was really good and delicious. Definitely planning to come back here again. We initially got take out food, but we decided to dine in. As we didn’t plan it a head of time, we thought we might be in a huge wait time, but the manager/front desk person was kind and seated us within few mins at a very rush hour. We appreciated that a lot.
Great service, delicious bowls, plenty of options to choose from. Great environment and very clean location 10/10 would recommend. We had an açaà bowl and a coconut blend bowl. Both with banana, strawberry and granola! It was delicious!
I am staying in Polaris for business this week and found Chop5 on Google when searching for food options! I ordered the Mexican Bowl for Dinner tonight and placed an order of the Spicy Teriyaki Bowl for lunch tomorrow! First impressions were amazing
