True Fitness is absolutely the best gym. Ryan, the owner, is passionate about helping others. Whether it’s your first time in a gym or you are an experienced athlete, he takes the time to know about you and your goals. All of the trainers are fantastic, very knowledgeable and all have very diverse backgrounds. When you arrive you are greeted by name. The gym is exceptionally clean and has all state of the art equipment ranging from free weights to workout machines. There is even obstacle course training. The bathrooms are well stocked. Clean showers. There are even hair ties in the event you need one. For me, small details like this are important because it shows how much thought they have put into their clients. They have a variety of pre and post workout supplements to help aid in your fitness journey. This gym is really like no other. Everyone there is fantastic and I cannot express how much I recommend this gym.

It's a smaller gym where you start to recognize faces and remember names. Nice to meet people who have similar interest and goals. People become friends and the trainers/owners become family. Fun atmosphere

The staff is amazing and genuinely cares about your goals. The atmosphere is amazing and no matter your level of fitness there workout plans definitely get results. I have tried all kinds of gyms and would have to say that True Fit tops them all and has my business from now on.

I joined True Fitness several months ago and have had more results there than any other gym I have attended over the past 15 years. Ryan, Gina and Chad create a sense of accountability and encouragement at True fitness and motivate me to keep going! I am so grateful to have this wonderful crew in my community! Clean, well equipped facility (appreciate the decor in support of our amazing country). Friendly, experienced, professional staff with excellent instruction and gauge for appropriate workout and weight for each exercise. I feel challenged during each workout but not pushed to defeat, which keeps me coming back and looking forward to the next workout.

I’ve been going to True almost three years. Best gym I’ve ever been too. Trainers are great and even though it’s group fitness it’s totally personalized. Because of True, I’m in the best shape of my life. The trainers are encouraging, supportive and a confidence boost. The clients at True are the same way. It’s the perfect dysfunctional family!!! Lots of laughs and sweat and motivation. You’ll never dread going .. you’ll look forward to every work out because each is different. You’ll probably be sore.. but that’s what you pay for.
