Flew to Buffalo for fertility treatments. Usually booking and travel can be stressful but this was one of the best experiences I had in a long time. The front desk worker Marilyn was helpful while booking and helped me to arrange a shuttle quickly. They made sure to put me in a quiet room so I could rest. Also, the worker who drove the shuttle was so talkative and friendly. I was super comfortable here! The staff was great and also bonus this was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!

We usually stay here twice a year and it’s always very clean and comfortable. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and kind. Very welcoming experience! Great breakfast too, and the pool is great for kids (the Adirondack chairs at the pool are a nice touch! Very comfy for a weary parent to relax in after a long day’s drive ;)).

This was a great stay. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was good and the atmosphere was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for a trip to the falls and putting us an easy out to travel east. We appreciated the waterbottle fill station in the lobby and having g 2 coffee carts for no wating.

Well, the positive is there are a zillion outlets, which should enthuse those who are in search of a recharge. After that, I struggle to find a positive. It takes minimalist to a new level (think current McDonald's interiors with a bed, a television, and little else). It feels more like a dormitory than a restful environment. We always stay in the Hilton family of hotels and have been honors members for over 20 years. It won't dampen our enthusiasm for staying in a Hilton, but lesson learned.

Stayed here with my mom & sisters for 1 night on August 24, we walked in to the lobby to our room being given away to someone else because they had an issue with the people next door that the police had to be called for. We had to wait 1 HOUR in the lobby for the room those people were staying in to be cleaned for us. It was a horrible experience and we were extremely exhausted from our day and just wanted to rest. We were told by staff to come back in the morning and speak to a supervisor regarding the issue, before we checked out we did exactly that. We were told to contact Expedia since we booked through them and ask for a refund. I confirmed twice that the hotel would approve the refund and the supervisor said yes. She even repeated herself when we checked out “make sure you contact Expedia for the refund and we will approve it”. I contacted Expedia and they reached out to the hotel and the hotel declined the refund. I tried multiple times to contact the hotel myself as well to speak with a supervisor and I was put through to a voicemail each time it has now been 10 days and still no one has gotten back to me. I asked Expedia to reach out again because that is ridiculous for the hotel to decline the refund when it was fully promised because of the horrible situation we went through. Expedia said they reached out multiple times as well and the MANAGER declined the refund. The manager was not there and clearly does not care about their customers if they are so careless to say they are not going to give a refund after everything that happened which has been clearly noted in their system and the refund has been promised by the supervisor. We will NEVER be staying there again.

Right after check in I noticed that bathroom mirror was completely covered in beard hair, all towels were covered in beard hair as well. I was told there were no available rooms and housekeeping was off for the day (note that beard hair is very hard to capture when it’s on the mirror). I was assured that manager would contact me today and take care of it. I wasn't contacted for 5 days and at this point I do not waste more time and energy dealing with the hotel. As a diamond member it’s unfortunate that management and staff are not keeping up with the Hilton brand. I used to prioritize booking hotels with Tru brand as the hotels tend to be newer and clean. This is not the case with this hotel. Other notes: TV had a damaged panel, there were kids running and knocking on the doors and overall staff looked overwhelmed and not able to keep up with the chaos.

My family had a fantastic experience at this hotel. We stayed during the April solar eclipse. Place was very clean. Staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was great. They hosted an eclipse party in the parking lot with food trucks, music, and games. Staff made it priority to keep the lobby clean. Highly recommend!

This is very similar to the other Tru hotels. Free breakfast (yogurt machine was broken) was hot and fresh. The gentleman running the breakfast was named Aaron and he was incredible! He made sure all the guests had what they needed and could not have been more hospitable! |Rooms were clean and the rest of the staff was very nice. Pool table, games and foozeball table are in the lobby. 2 of the treadmills were not working which was a bit annoying but in the end, I would stay again.
