I stayed at this hotel and was greeted by smiles when I checked in by all of the friendly front desk staff. The hotel parking lot is secured with a gate and left no doubt in my mind that my vehicle would be safe. Me and my family enjoyed the tasty complimentary breakfast that they offer daily. We had a party of 4 and reserved a double queen size bedded room. The beds were so comfortable that we all got a restful nights sleep. The hotel prices were reasonable and the customer service that they provided was top notch!

Great newer hotel close to many things. Rooms with 2 beds are a bit tight but love that there is no carpet and no tubs. Free breakfast is enough to start your day. Pool table in lobby with ample seating. Great staff. Self parking lot is gated and costs $10/day.

I stayed at this location and reserved a 2x queen bed and upon entering the room I noticed straight away that the beds are infact double beds not Queen. I immediately called the front desk and they denied the beds having double mattresses. Called Hilton customer service and was given a case number and told someone would contact me with in 3-5 buisness days and 2 weeks later still haven't heard back. So I reached out again today they closed my case and the note left on my case number thy contacted the hotel and they said they don't have double beds so they closed the case. They are deceiving customers, I paid for a room with 2x queen beds not 2x double beds. This is not right. I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew. Don't stay here. Also just the way the staff handled the whole situation was not professional and very condescending.

We stayed here after our Alaskan cruise and visited family and friends in the area before we returned home. |Overall it is nice. Very clean. Breakfast was ok. Staff was great! Check-in was easy. Plenty of parking. We liked being close to shopping and restaurants. |Just a few things that brought my review down to 4 stars...|While I appreciate the idea of having no carpeting in the room it does mean that sounds carry very easily. Like suitcases being rolled around the room, etc.. Voices carry a bit more too. And we being boomers the carpeting is nice under our aged feet. |It would be nice if both sides of the bed had a nightstand with outlets and USB plugs. My husband uses a cpap and the nightstand on his side was a very small table. Not really adequate. |The bathroom is very spacious and nice. There are plenty of outlets and such in the rest of the room. |The large hooks on the wall were convenient to hang things on but there could be another large bench or something similar to put a suitcase on. |No microwave. There is a small fridge. |All in all a nice place to stay with a few caveats. |Oh, should also mention that the airport shuttle only runs from 7am-9pm.

I stayed here on business for the price of the room. I expected a tub but instead had a very small shower. The location however, is fantastic. It's a short walk away from the Mall of Seattle so I can't complain too much. The lady at the front desk for checking in could have been nicer, but the gentleman who checked me out was awesome so it's hit or miss.

6/19 - 6/22 Room 314 Stayed for 4 nights. 1. Refrigerator did not work. The front desk personnel and I checked 3 other rooms for one that worked. We checked rooms 315, 316 and 1 other and none worked. It was barley cool. ALL the units were set on thhe coldest setting and they barely were cooling. 2. All Refrigerators were dirty and the one in room 316 needed to be defrosted. 3. They said housekeeping was every other day which it was not. Bed not changed and no new clean towels. Front desk said we were not on the list so they brought up clean towels. 4. Need to wipe walls down and doors. I took picture of the door showing something a liquid that has ran down the door. 5. Came back from the mall and the lobby had been taken over by kids and approx 4 adults talking and playing in the way. Maybe they should have been respectful and went to their room instead of being in the way of other guest. 6. Nice breakfast 7. Love the room set up. For the most part it was clean. HILTON YOUR NAME, STANDARDS, AND REPUTATION IS BEING TARNISHED WITH HOTELS LUKE THIS!!! SHAME SHAME. REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE!!! The refrigerators in all the ones we checked were at the highest settings and still not cool!!! I'm not stupid by any means!!!!

The rooms were a bit small but they They were clean. There is no microwave in the room. All but one of the ice machines throughout the hotel were broken. The price was average, but for the size of the room, I would say a little bit below average. The bed squeeked even at the smallest movement. But the hot breakfast in the morning was pretty good. The atmosphere and the decor in the lobby are amazing. Would I choose that place again? absolutely not.

Stayed here for one night with some friends . Hotel was great. Clean, friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities were great breakfast was included. Great locations as it was close to a mall and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!
