My granddaughter and I arrived at about 3 am. The first impression as we approached and attempted to go inside was shaky. The digital key was not opening the lobby door and no one was answering the intercom, coming off the road my |g-baby and I had to use the restroom badly so I was getting a bit irritated. Once the night auditor finally let us in it started to get better. She could have been a bit more welcoming but she wasn't rude and once I explained at the intercome that the digital key was not working I shouldn't have had to ask for a hard key in case it wouldn't work in the room. She should have already been getting and suggesting a hard key for me.|On a brighter note, the room was nice, clean, inviting, and comfortable. |Upon checkout, I needed to print some info and had issues with the print process. The front desk associate was very helpful and allowed me to email it to him and he printed the doc for me. I did not get his name but I think his initials are FD. Thanks for your patience and your assistance. FD and I also had a great laugh as my g-baby tried to sit in one of those funny-looking, hanging, hammock-looking chairs in the lobby and she fell out of it. She's fine and laughed just as hard as I did.

The plan was to stay at this hotel the night before my immunocompromised child's medical appointment since we are from hours away. After finding mold through out the bathroom (which causes seizures) I asked for another room. That room also had mold but we planned to stay out of the room as much as possible. I was told that the calking was just dirty and needed to be replaced. The conversation was left at that and I went back to my room. When walking back through the lobby I was informed that I was refunded and my reservation was canceled. I have never been discriminated against over having a disabled and ill child, this is a first. I am now on the hunt for a new place to stay the night that isn't booked. This has been quite disappointing and unacceptable. The employee is also lying to corporate about the whole situation. Hilton should be embarrassed.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. We usually stay at the Marriott hotels, but we had a gift card given to us which we used here. I don't regret it. West was one of most amazing employees that helped us feel welcome and at home. She was such a breath of fresh air and remembered so many things about us to converse with us about during our days ant the hotel and she was just extremely hospitable. The hotel was VERY clean, which is the most important thing to me when traveling, but West is literally why we had such an enjoyable stay. Thank you, West!

Not near an airport but is worth the distance. I stayed here in the past due to a flood so when the company asked location I chose here. Much confusion with the booking but Antwan got me checked in. But the best is West she was excited to see us again and expedited services so I could get rt back to work. Our first experience Laderian went above and beyond to help. This location is cost effective, clean and nice workers. Quiet and near restaurants and a park. Walmart and target n banks near by

Good value for money and looks like it is well run. The rooms at TRU hotels might not be to everyone’s liking with their high ceiling and narrower shape than the competitors but it works. It will remain to see how rooms age with time. Front staff is very friendly and engaging and cleaning staff seem positive about their employment which is a good sign. Customers are very diverse which is great to see the broad appeal. Location is good for road access but you will need to drive to get food with plenty of options nearby but do not hesitate to look in a 5 mile radius there is plenty more choices.

Consistently consistent. Affordable prices and it’s clean. I stay here about 6 times every year when I fly to my office. Beats the hotels in Frisco up the road where I’ve had terrible experiences. Feels like a home away from home at this point! I can’t comment on the breakfast or anything because I always go to the grocery store and get my own. However, people seem to like it. I always return here because of the cost, convenience to where I need to go, and the friendly front desk staff. Kudos!

This review is for the customer service from West. She gave great service during my check out, she was very friendly and cheerful early in the morning! The room was clean, no odd odors, location was well lit, and the two front desks ladies gave good service.

My linens were dirty and had the smell of a dirty male. WHEN I brought this to the attention of guest services, I was told they only had fitted n flat sheets and could not replace my top blanket because they gave extras to a football team. Guest services also stated the smell was from the room spray. I informed guest services the smell was only on one side of the bed linen and not throughout the room. I had to change my own linens and the next day, housekeeping tried to return my bed pillows without even washing the pillow cases. When I told them they stink and I wouldn't take them back, only then did they agree to wash the pillow cases and stated they don't wash the pillows. This further confirmed they do not wash the linen. The only thing I enjoyed was the included breakfast because they have an automatic pancake maker that didn't require handling and was actually tasty. I wouldn't stay here again.
