Absolutely amazing staff and service! Location is not too far from downtown which is nice. Rooms are clean and very comfortable! The breakfast is insanely good and surprised me. Love the new and trendy vibe this hotel brings. I will say that I wish there was a microwave in the room, seems like a pretty standard thing nowadays for hotels but unfortunately not here. But overall great and amazing experience.
Stayed two nights for a work trip. On the surface the place has great amenities considering how relatively affordable it is. Very nice gym for a hotel, great 24/7 coffee and tea and some snacks, free dog treats, very inviting parking lot and lobby with pool table and games. Relatively modern. But it lacks where it counts, the rooms! After a long day of travel I was greeted to a room that seemed to have never been cleaned (the floors were covered in hair, dirt, dust, cookie crumbs from the complimentary ones they give you at the desk, you name it), the shower had several obvious hairs on the floor, the toilets were dirty, and almost worst of all the bedding seemed to have never been changed, it was covered in hair and dirt. The platform the mattress was on had an outline of dirt and dust around it as well. So I spent my first 30 minutes in the room cleaning before I felt comfortable relaxing in it. The desk attendant was very apologetic and provided me new bedding, it wasn’t her fault she was a one person show that night, but room cleanliness was lacking. She even mentioned another guest had the same complaint that night. This place has a lot of potential if the rooms were shown more care. Considering some other guest reviews mention cleanliness there seem to be inconsistencies in how rooms are cleaned and prepped for guests.
My husband and I chose to stay in Midtown for this trip to Savannah instead of the Riverfront.||The hotel was just perfect for an overnight stay. It’s conveniently located near shopping and restaurants.||We were greeted by the front desk staff upon entering. The lobby was clean as well as the back patio area.||The room was clean and had everything we needed.||The beds were pretty comfortable platform beds.||I like the fact that they have squeeze bottles instead of the pump ones for body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner.||I’m not one for unpacking my suitcase or travel backpack. So not having any drawers in the room didn’t bother me at all.|Not having a closet, again didn’t bother me either. There is a bar to hang your items if you just absolutely have to.||There’s an iron and ironing board, as well as a mini fridge.|A small desk/work space and a bench for sitting or luggage.|There’s also hooks for hanging other items. ||The breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, grits, pancakes, bagels, fruit, cereal, yogurt.
Stayed for a week & it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. When you think hotel, this is what I imagine. Comfy beds, SUPER clean, everything worked, staff is super friendly and helpful, pet friendly, great location & super cute and fun hotel. Highly recommended and would definitely be staying here again! Thank you so much! :)
Always a great experience. I stay here often when I travel for work and never have any issues. Angela, Annie, Shanika and the rest of the team are amazing and very friendly. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is always delicious. I’ll definitely be back.
We checked in around 11:30 and when we get to our room housekeeping hasn’t even clean the room yet. Bags of garbage and unfinished beds when we opened the room door. Terrible.
The front desk clerk was very accommodating to help check another Hilton hotel for another double bed room bc they were all booked. We ended up going to the Tru at the airport.
This establishment is a family-friendly to business stay related location. Basic amenities such as business offices, breakfast, and wifi are offered. Nothing is offered worth standing out as far as the price range is concerned.
The room was fairly small, organized, but largely unattended. We had a 2 night stay, and both nights we had to deal with major door failures that prevented my hard key or digital key to work properly and give me access to my families room. On the smaller end of the spectrum the roll-down cords for the blinds also didn't work properly, so I was forced to look into the terrible view outside from my room.
Breakfast from day to day seems to vary and is overall prepared well and served with care. Although more eating areas would he a plus at this location.
Stayed here for a quick weekend get away, I’m incredibly impressed with how clean the rooms were as well as the service. We are not picky people, but they had gone above our standards for hotel stays. The beds are extremely comfortable, did I mention CLEANLINESS.
Location is a few minute drive to downtown, but for the price, and quality id say it was worth it and we will be back!
What a gem. This is a total find. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were two friends, so I used the sofa bed as an extra room. It worked very well - itâs big and comfortable and, if you ask, theyâ
Was traveling through and had the privilege of working out with a fun and talented group. The online sign up was super easy, was able to sign my waiver and reserve a class in a jiff. The gym was conveniently located and a quick walk from my hotel. T
I love the community and teachers at Savannah Power Yoga! Also the NEW LOCATION in Wilmington is GORGEOUS. They have thought of everything to have a clean, beautiful aesthetic with a spacious feel. When Iâm visiting Charleston itâs my hOMe studio
