Tru by Hilton Savannah Airport - Hotel in Savannah - 90 Stephen S Green Dr, USA

We were searching for a hotel without a reservation on a road trip to FL. This one popped up on TA. |The ladies at the front desk for our late night arrival (10pm) were so amazing. Not everyone in the hospitality business these days enjoys their jobs, and it generally radiates to how they treat customers, but not these ladies.|The hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable. It definitely follows the newer tradition of smaller rooms with more necessities.|The bath sundries are very good. We prefer the larger permanent dispensers to the trial sizes.|The access is easy on and off of I95 at the end of a road of hotels.|Breakfast was good….pancakes, frittatas, and kielbasa. |The outside relaxation area was well maintained as well as the game/social area in the lobby.

This is our second stay at a TRU hotel and it was again SUPERB! It's our new favorite hotel to stay at instead of the Hamptons by Hilton.... This location was clean and had an incredibly inviting vibe.. My room was super clean and the AC worked awesome. The breakfast was great but it’s the first time I’ve been to a hotel breakfast that I got pancakes that didn’t look like it was right off the assembly line…Also, this hotel is super PET friendly... They have a really massive spot to run and take your dog out right behind the hotel... This HOTEL comes HIGHLY Recommended!!

I would have given the room a 5 star but we were not able to access NBC on the TV to watch the Sunday night football game. It had a message that the certificate expired. We could watch channels ABC and CBS but not NBC which is very odd. I called the front desk and she said someone called about it too. Nothing she could do but said to sit in the lobby - that TV had a different service which is now very odd. Anyway other that the TV issues, everything else was fine. Just like staying in a dorm room. The room is small but has plenty of outlets and space for bags. Bathroom is a decent size. It was quiet at night. Breakfast is good - basic but just what we needed to get our day started back on the road to Florida. Great location right off of I-95.

Found this hotel while traveling to Florida. Walked in and the lobby had a very clean smell. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean. The only suggestion if not a good sleeper request a room on the back side. The highway traffic is not far from the hotel. I would stay here again

Our first time in a Tru Hotel and we loved it! Checked in while on the road...and so glad we did because traffic on the interstate was stopped for a long time.||Our room was perfect! Clean, bright and seemingly brand new. Love the colors and the clever use of space. The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a log!||Breakfast wasn't huge, but enough and good. Service was excellent!||We will definitely being staying at more Tru Hotels!

This is 100% my new favorite hotel. I’ve never stayed at a TRU Hotel and didn’t know what to expect. It’s incredibly clean, the staff is super friendly and the lobby and room layouts our awesome. In the lobby, there are tons of games including a pool table and tons of seating, each with standard & cell phone chargers. In the room, I loved the shoe nook, wall hooks, comfy beds & pillows, dimmable lights, charging stations, spacious shower & scented toiletries. The hot breakfast was great too. The kids loved watching the machine make pancakes and loading them up with whipped cream and M&Ms. The staff the next morning was just as nice as the night before. I was overly impressed and have this marked for our next road trip. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids, 7 & 3.

I was very disappointed with this hotel after staying at other excellent ones of the same brand. First of all, the entire hotel was way too cold; in fact, the hallways and gym were absolutely freezing. The room was smaller than at other Tru by Hiltons, and there was a smoke alarm right next to my bed that flashed a bright light off and on all night long. There were few healthy snacks offered for sale at the reception desk, and there was no night light in the bathroom as at our last Tru hotel. I think this modern brand is one with great potential, but Hilton needs to ensure more consistency if they wish to maintain customer loyalty.

Rooms were very clean and hotel itself is kept very nice and clean. The only thing was the lady working the front with the green lipstick was very unwelcoming and rude. Didn’t greet us, and treated us rudely after finding out our grandparents who are diamond club members booked us the room. She was on her phone and was just very unfriendly. Also the breakfast was a bit disappointing as there were no healthy options, the eggs and sausage tasted very artificial and we wished there were a bit more variety. Other than that we were very pleased with our rooms and the hotel.
