I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were spotless, and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the property. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from, perfect for starting the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Margarita, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Overall my stay has been great… Margarita from breakfast service was welcoming everyday and shared places to see while in town. The customer service staff welcomed me back every day and fresh coffee was always available even when I was working late into the night. It’s a much more casual hotel for a Hilton, with more of a younger fun vibe, and the floor /room decor and lobby definitely reflect that. The only downside I had was in my room. I was traveling for the week on business, and utilized the desk everyday, but the AC was immediately next to the desk, and blew the air directly on me, so half my body was freezing while I worked… but if that genuinely was it. Everyone was very helpful and inviting, room and halls were clean, all amenities were operable, I will definitely come again.

Friendly staff & very accommodating. Hotel was clean. Fun environment if traveling with kids. Breakfast was plentiful. Margarita @ breakfast & night manager was great! Day Manager was super sweet as well! Everyone made sure we were content!

From the moment I arrived, Jennifer at the front desk made me feel welcome with her friendly and professional demeanor. She was incredibly helpful and ensured that my check-in process was smooth and efficient and I had everything I needed. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The modern decor in the rooms and throughtout the hotel added to the overall pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the delicious breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of options, all fresh and appetizing, which provided a great start to my day. Overall, I highly recommend the Tru by Hilton in Northlake, Fort Worth for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent customer service.

I stayed at this hotel back in April , I was just here from a different state and needed somewhere to stay until my apartment was ready for move in. Although my visit was a few months ago I can’t help but to think about how AMAZING my experience was at this place!!! The Customer service was outstanding… the room was perfect & felt so homey!! This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. My favorite part was the TV that had my name on it when I walked into the room & the shower!!! THANK YOU!!!!

This hotel is very clean. Margarita doesn’t excellent job with breakfast and is very friendly. She always makes sure we have everything we need and keeps everything clean And Fresh. The rooms are also very clean. The only negative is that the rooms are very tiny. But everything is very comfortable including the beds. Stephanie was very friendly too along with the other workers.

Mrs. Valerie at the front desk was simply amazing! Friendly & helpful. Made us feel comfortable and want to come back. Mrs. Margarita was attentive and helpful. It is people like them that make us come back to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and great amenities. Anytime i come back this will be the hotel i will chose!!

The staff was so kind and friendly! The hotel was modern and clean. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious! The variety offered was amazing! The breakfast staff was kind and so helpful. Ms. Margarita offered options and ideas for breakfast. Stephany-front office helped with sharing ideas of what to do around the city.. Overall our stay was one of the best!
