The room was cool, clean, and quiet. There was a mini-fridge in the room. The mattress was very firm. There were outlets on the wall between the two beds and on a charging unit on the bedside table. The bathroom had a walk-in shower (no tub) with an anti-slip surface and a grab bar for safety. The shower also had a modern glass door rather than a shower curtain. Product dispensers by the vanity sink and in the shower require you to squeeze the bottle to get some of the product which could be a problem if you have arthritic hands and fingers. If that's the case for you, you might want to bring your own products. The hotel offered a very nice complimentary breakfast with a variety of selections. There was also a small market and they offered complimentary parking. I would stay there again.

The property was conveniently located near my targeted destinations, as well as near various restaurants and shopping. Tru had various areas to sit, relax, and socialize. The property also has an indoor pool, billiards, fitness room, and laundry room. The guest room was clean, but the floor felt a bit gritty the first night. The room did not have a coffee/tea station, microwave, or refrigerator. However, coffee and tea was available in the lobby area. There was no dresser and closet to hang my long dresses.

Stayed here for one night during the eclipse. The hotel was completely full. They did a great job. The room was clean and quit. It was small and sparsely furnished. The breakfast was good and even though the place was packed, they kept the hot fresh food coming. My only compliant was the price. Almost everyone jacked up the price for the eclipse. I paid over twice what the room was worth. I understand supply and demand but DAMN!!

Absolute disappointment from the unclean rooms to the rude and unprofessional staff that want to argue with the guest on rather or not a room is clean. Stains on everything, dirty sheets mold in the showers and this hotel is to be labeled one of the newest built in the area. It sure went down fast. After traveling in from a super long trip the last thing I want is to be stuck in the lobby debating with the staff on cleanliness surely my expectations were set to high for them. Customer Service, Rooms and their 3rd party Cleaning company SUCK so NO a total pass on ever returning.

Our room had bedbugs. They moved us to a new room quickly but a hotel with bedbugs is a deal breaker. The location was neutral for me because it was just a road trip stop so i didn't need to be close to anything. It was quiet and surrounded by other hotels/medical offices. I tried to upload photos but google gave me an error.

Most amazing Tru I've stayed in! Clean, no bugs, friendly staff, and the breakfast was better than any I've seen!! So many different options and really good. Only downside is that non of the Tru hotels I've been in have a coffee maker in the room or a microwave. Little inconvenient but I can overlook because everything else was so great. The price was great for the quality!! I would mosdef stay here again and highly recommend!!

My dad and I are traveling from Atlanta back home to Southern California and we've been to quite a bit of these tru and home 2 suites this one so far is the best one we've been to on our trip the lobby is HUGE and the breakfast is great! Actual plates and not plastic plates. Tons of selection for options

Felt like i was back home 🏡 at Moline Illinois. Everything so easily accessible and convenient. All my needs were met, no matter how complicated or back to basics. Really appreciated 🎱, 🏓, and comfy seating and living area. Pool was all round warm and inviting. Really felt safe and in place. 🍳 and 🍻 were very nice.
