Tru by Hilton Meridian Boise West - Hotel in Meridian - 1401 S Eagle Rd, USA

We enjoyed our stay....but check your statements when you get home! The lobby had fun activities my kids enjoyed and the hotel was quiet overall. We did have a room facing a major road so there was car noise from outside until around midnight. We had pantry items we purchased billed to our room and were finalized on our bill at checkout BUT once we looked at our personal account attached to the card we used, there was FIVE extra, separate charges from this hotel that we now have to dispute. I'm not keen on fraud so due to this, we will NOT stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel as a Boise native. We were charged over $100 after we checked out due to stained linens? Because I hung my swimsuit next to one of their pool towels and the chlorine/bleach pulled the color for my swimsuit and ruined my swimsuit to the point where I had to throw it away. They also only do room checks every other day, so if you have small children that make messes, I would not recommend this hotel. You’ll be charged for cleaning up your own mess.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean hotel… As others have said, wish there was a better breakfast variety, seems pretty spartan compared to other Hilton properties. The pancake machine is pretty slow and does get backed up. The lobby is nice and the pool table, Jenga & games were fun.

Rooms are small, basic functionality. Bed was nice, as one would expect from a Hilton. No carpet, but the floor looked clean. Don't know if I'd try living here, but it was fine for a night.

First time staying in Boise. Don't like the city but the hotel was fine. Just outside of the city center. Quiet enough. Digital key worked good and diamond parking available. Beds were comfortable and the shower could have better water pressure but most hotels have bad water pressure. Staff was good and really had no complaints.

Pros: Great low price for area. Bed is a Hilton bed - soft sheets, great mattress and good pillows. Slept well with ear plugs in. Hilton digital key meant we went straight to our room. Cons: loud A/C and LOUD traffic noise. I wore earplugs and still could hear the traffic. Book an odd numbered room and you’ll be on the opposite side from the freeway. No coffee maker in room. No microwave, tiny little fridge. We are here one night only, so it’s ok. But having to go down to the lobby to get your first cup of coffee is not ideal for me. No work space - but a huge TV. No closet. Just three pegs on the wall. Summary: You get what you pay for. The room is clean and the beds are perfect! The noise and lack of in room amenities go with the brand. Now I know what to expect.

Awful room! Small, no in-room amenities. To use the very small roll-out desk, you have to sit on the edge of the bed. Very small mini-fridge. No in-room microwave, coffee, or even an ice bucket. No carpet in the room, just bare floors. No closet, just a bar with hangers. No dresser. Bare bones at a premium price. Look elsewhere. However, afternoon front desk staff was great! Very helpful assisting me to find a different hotel. Very apologetic. Check-in staff, well...

Wi-Fi worked on and off. Literally off for 5-10 mins and then u get connectivity for 5-10 mins as well. That lasted entire night. I never have issues with that in hotels by Hilton, including Tru at different locations. The girl downstairs was really nice . Another issue I had was that digital key didn’t work and I booked a hotel at least 3 days in advance. Traffic is louder than I’ve ever experienced as well from the highway ( but that doesn’t bother me that much) over all clean rooms and great location.
