Very clean updated rooms. The breakfast bar was awesome and the hostess was very pleasant and accommodating . Bring slippers as to no carpet in the rooms. Pillows are way to soft and room above us very noisy. I would stay again but would bring a firm pillow and stay on top floor. Staff was pleasant and helpful .

The gentleman at night was fabulous! On New Year's Eve was great. He was busy but kept up the people all with a smile on his face. As for the room it was normal nothing big but the dog 🐶 barking next door was to much. But the owner should've been taking care of the dog Location was perfect.

Pros: Our room was clean and everything worked. If you like simple, uncluttered like we do it will fit you well. You may want slippers if you'll be spending time in the room since the floors are not carpeted (a huge bonus if you struggle with indoor allergies). The breakfast spread is wonderful- everything from oatmeal,yogurt, and bagels to pancakes, eggs, and meat. So many fun toppings to choose to add variety to yogurt, Oatmeal, and pancakes. Flavored water machine, coffee and tea. BTW hot tea and coffee with a variety of flavor syrups, 'sugars', and creamers are available in the lobby 24/7. Cons: We had trouble sleeping in both of our rooms because of some sort of motor noise that came through the shower vent at least once an hour. If you are allergic to lemon (citrus), be warned that the lemon soap provided for hand washing and body soap in the shower is a strong one. There was only regular coffee, no decaf.

This hotel was VERY clean. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and decent, with VERY CLEAN roomy restrooms. They are well-stocked with squeeze soap and shampoo dispensers. The hotel is close enough to King’s Island that the Eiffel Tower and several rides can be easily seen from the hotel. The breakfast bar offers a lot of choices. You will be waiting in line for pancakes as the machine is slow and there’s only one. The hotel’s “budget” construction and lack of carpeting in the rooms makes for a rather noisy environment. Please keep this in mind if you are booking this place for a romantic stay, as it is easy to hear in the other units. Maybe you’re into this? This seems to be a hotel that is visited by a lot of families and kids. Unfortunately, the adults who were chaperoning a little league team did not want to take responsibility for their group’s behaviour. I would have possibly given this hotel 5 stars, but they didn’t offer Half&Half with their limited-choice coffee service and ran out of hot chocolate on a cool night. It’s always the little things, right? The night clerk seemed uninterested in helping to look for hot chocolate and his ability to communicate seemed very limited.

The only knock I have for this hotel is the rooms themselves. They are poorly insulated so you hear everything from all nearby rooms. We also had a decent amount of mold beginning to grow on the ceiling of the bathroom. Outside of those two items, the hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly accommodating! Very willing to go out of their way to make you at home. They even held up the hot breakfast and brought some items back out to prevent wasting it.

We went to Kings Island and stayed at the Tru by Hilton and will do it again the next time we go. The hotel was very clean and updated. It looked exactly how the pictures on the website show. The location was amazing. It was just a 5 minute drive to Kings Island. There were multiple restaurants right by the hotel for us to choose from. We had an issue with the power not working in part of our room but the staff members were quick to help us resolve the issue and get a new room. We will be back

This place was affordable, clean, conveniently located right across the street to a Texas Roadhouse, and close to Kings Island. I gave it 4 stars bc I feel it needed an actual comforter on the bed instead of just 3 layers of sheets lol, updated tv (streaming services perhaps?) & the shower was lukewarm at best. I froze the entire stay. But overall, it was clean & the lobby area is updated and nice, & they have free breakfast until 10am.

We loved our stay here! The rooms are very clean and modern. The check-in and check-out process was easy and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well! The app is nice and convenient to have a digital key to our room! Will recommend and will stay again!
