Tru By Hilton Little Rock West - Hotel in Little Rock - 11320 Bass Pro Pkwy, USA

We recently stayed 4 nights to visit family in town and enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. From the front desk Nikky, Damion, Dashans, Tracy, Stephanie to housekeeping manager Emily and housekeeping staff, everyone was exceptional. They were very attentive, friendly and went above just being courteous. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but I have to say the staff is what makes you come back again.

I had a really great experience at this hotel. I stayed here for the eclipse and I was pleasantly surprised to see how the rates were much more reasonable than other hotels in the area. Checking in was super easy with the Hilton app. I never had to go to the front desk or even get key cards. Everything was able to be done through the app. That was very convenient. Once in the room, I noticed that it was very modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a pleasant stay here. It’s also located in a safe area with plenty of parking and lighting. The next time I find myself in the Little Rock area, I might just stay here again!

The bed was completely comfortable. The breakfast was good. Restroom clean l liked it. Perfect view from the window. But found 3 hairs in the sink. The air conditioner was found perfectly fine. Didn't get to use the tv but there were no scratches😊

Our room was very clean, it was quiet, area seems safe, buffet style breakfast with food options of pancakes, eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, juices, milk, coffee, teas, fruit, yogurts. Stayed here just for 1 night as we were traveling through. Will stay here again on our return.

I digitally checked in as I didn't arrive until the following morning at 5amfor my 7 day stay(June 30-July6). The lady was stocking the breakfast area ,but didn't bother to greet us at all. Breakfast was plentiful..a nice selection and the guy was pleasant my 2nd day and beyond. First shift front desk staff wasn't too welcoming and in fact was very distasteful while texting on her phone when I was trying to ask a question about my bill. Noone mentioned a $25 per night incidental as I was confused about it when it showed on my statement. The front desk attendant seemed bothered when I asking about it but she later cleared it by saying that it would be refunded. The 2nd shift front desk attendants were super nice..friendly and always welcoming. I would probably use this hotel again as long as I don't deal with the 1st shift front desk staff. Not to mention I asked for a later checkout because i wasn't feeling well and was granted a 12:15 checkout which was later changed to a 1:00 because the front desk attendant said that my husband was so sweet. Experience wasn't great because of three individuals but the two on second shift made up for everybody else!

First time staying at a TRU Motel. Certainly a different set up for a motel. Rooms are very colorful & lots of different finishes. No closets or dresser for clothes, lots of wall hangers in the room. Mattress is on a wooden box which makes a noise when you move in the bed. Only 1 ice machine located on the 1st floor, ice buckets kept next to the ice machine. Breakfast was only mediocre.

My wife and I like to stay here. The staff is very friendly we go to Dave & Buster’s and the AMC. Which is in walking distance it’s always clean and has a good view. The outlets are within walking distance always a good experience.

Stayed here for the night while visiting family. The staff were so nice and when they say they are pet friendly, they mean it! The staff that checked me in and checked me out were so sweet to my dog. Stephanie and Nikki were so kind and they even placed me on the first floor so I could be close to the exit for my pup. The only downside I would say is that the room wasn't as clean as I would have expected and I couldn't fully lift up the blinds. And to be fair, I didn't ask to be moved because I was pretty tired from my drive. Overall, I would come back for the staff kindness and the atmosphere.
