Tru by Hilton Huber Heights Dayton - Hotel in Huber Heights - 7000 Executive Blvd, USA

The reason why I give 1 star is because they don’t seem to care their customers. We got 2 babies checked in with us on that Saturday night and we spent more than an hour to get the right room for us. In total. We changed rooms 3 times during that night. First time change was because door sensor lock was not working and the room was far away from elevator on second floor. My husband watched two fussy babies while I was running back and forth to get the keys. After I tried couple keys, front desk eventually decided to came with me to the room and found out that that is issue with the sensor lock. And she changed our room to the one that’s across from that room, we settled our babies and when we tried to lock the door from inside, oops, door lock was broke. I called front desk again, and we made another move. Front desk apologized for what happened and asked for my contact info to have manager call me back. I left my contact info and few days passed already, where is the call ?????? Maybe asking for customers’ info is really just asking

Positive: What I liked most about Tru, the lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm welcome. My room was very clean. I had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely be returning. Thanks Negative: I had no issues with this hotel.

Great people and facility, convenient to whatever you need, good dining options nearby and easy on and off the highway. Rooms are clean, comfortable and if you get bored the game room fitness center or outside patio with fireplace are a nice break from typical travel hotel life. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. This Home2Suites is my preferred go to hotel in this area.

Nice newer hotel with bar service and snacks available. Room was good. Could use new pillows. The lemon bath and hand products are great!|Bath floor appeared to need a better cleaning. The floor tiles are black but black came off feet in shower . Breakfast was very good!! Staff friendly and helpful especially morning desk staffer and cleaning person. Would stay again.

Front desk staff remained upbeat and helpful even after checking in an entire platoon ahead of me. Great room, super clean, huge tv, great wifi, room to work and rest. Close to restaurants and a Meijer is next door, making this a great exit to break up your trip.

I had a great stay here! Everything was very clean. What I didn’t care for was that the rooms were tiny with not much walking space at all. The volume on the tv was limited and I couldn’t hear it well. The water pressure was weak so I had to spend more time in there but that isnt a huge deal. I do wish the water was hotter though..

Wow, it's just an amazing experience. From the first time we stepped in and met Ms. Angel at the front desk. Everyone is helpful and very friendly. The rooms were very clean, and the vibe here is perfect to enjoy yourself and relax. Looking forward to our next stay.

enjoyed our first stay at a Tru hotel. staff were helpful & cared about giving us a quiet room. clean & comfy bed, nice bathroom, little frig. no in-room coffee machines at Tru but good coffee downstairs. well-lit parking lot. nice hotel, nicely maintained.
