As a regular Hilton member I visit a lot of properties in my frequent travels and this was my first time staying in a Tru location. The lobby has a fun atmosphere with a pool table, snacks, seating for visiting and a large TV with sports on 24/7. The decor is bright and fun and the front desk staff was very nice when I checked in and sent me a few text messages, one late at night, asking how I liked the room. I appreciate the extra check in despite the hour. Throughout the trip I had a few things that are the reason for my lower service rating. Firstly I tried to use my digital key and it directed me to call them. I did and the general recording stated to call the front desk. I did and no one answered so I went downstairs to find a sign that said that they left to help someone else. After waiting with my take out order for awhile a staff came up and aided me. I also tried calling the front desk a few times to verify checkout time and no one ever answered. In terms of the rooms the bed is nice but a bit on the firm side. The big let down is the design of the room to have the desk/office area within 12 inches of the big room air conditioner. I had to turn everything off despite being a bit warm to avoid a freeze out. The oversized king bed is spacious and takes up most of the room and the decor is definitely for the younger crowd and reminds me a bit of a college dorm. I recommend Tru if you are traveling with your family or friends as there a lot of activities and it is surrounded by lots to do in the area and places to eat. It is also conveniently located by the freeway but still quiet.
As a frequent Hilton guest and Honors Diamond member, my take was the rooms are small, but new and bright. Reason for 2 stars was elevator was out of order, which the front desk should have mentioned when they put you on the 3rd floor.. Especially when your bag weighs 70 lbs…! I would’ve stayed somewhere else if I knew before completing check-in.
Loved my stay here. I got a room on the 3rd floor with 2 queen beds. Room felt clean and comfortable. Said we would receive house keeping every other day, expecting to have it on the second day of our three day stay, disappointed we didn’t receive any housekeeping at all. Because of this I had to go to the front desk multiple times to get more towels for me and my family. Minor inconvenience. Pool was clean and fun to play in, busy with kids and people and we had lots of fun playing catch and whatnot. Nice that we had 2 elevators, which made it easier to go up and down. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sooo good! I think I got one of everything in total. Amazing sausage, oatmeal, bagels, eggs, juice, and fruit. Not busy during the time we got breakfast and had plenty of seating. If you are coming to Denver, stay in this hotel, you will not regret it!
This is a very nice modern hotel. I do love that they have a hang out area on the main floor with a couple of pool tables, it really brings alot of the patrons together. Plus they have a bunch of individual nooks as well as tables for relaxation, study it to hang out. The staff is super sweet, almost always very helpful. Very friendly atmosphere & vibe.
After driving all day, we arrived to a room that was not cleaned. The woman at the front desk was quick to change our room. The rest of our stay was great. The few minor requests we had were taken care of right away. The breakfast was good. My son enjoyed the automatic pancake machine. The game area was nice to hang out in. I will definitely stay here again.
The hotel was clean, lobby lounging area was clean with many board games, a pool table and well stocked “grocery store”. I interacted with numerous front desk staff and Clifton Huber was by far the greatest. They kept the little shop well stocked with wine, beer, mixed drinks, chips, proteins like jerky and tuna. The breakfast bar was nicely left open an extra 15 minutes for us as we rushed from picking up guests, which was super nice. They had the standard TRU items, no muffins though. Over the 5 days we were there a few times they ran out of things at breakfast. Regular milk (they only had almond) being one of them. |Our bed needed to be remade upon arrival, as I found several hairs in my new sheets. They addressed it, but it took them well into the late evening. They simply left sheets on the bed for us to make our own bed. I did not find that to be an acceptable solution, called downstairs and made them immediately come do their job. The next day they were very apologetic. |We ran out of toilet paper in our room. There were some simple things I’d call “paying attention to detail” that seemed to be missed at the hotel. |Overall the rooms was a small but normal TRU size, no closet or dresser. For 5 days, no dresser was an issue for me. Cause d the room to be cluttered/messy. This was our longest stay in a TRU. We are Diamond members and have been at all brands. The day we left, both elevators were broken, which was an unfortunate bummer. You can easily get by without a car. You can walk to many different restaurant, entertainment and businesses. No fee to park. No jacuzzi, just an indoor pool. A HUGE mall is very close, probably a 15 minute walk. I’d stay here again, but not for as many days. Clinton at the front desk, was super kind, helpful, full of ideas and suggestions. He is an excellent example of a great service provider. Awesome attitude.
Rooms have no microwave and the windows do not open. There is only a stand up shower. The thermostat dosnt work properly either. There is a weird smell of gardening soil in the elevators like they are growing something in the basement.
Located in a nice neighborhood, the room had a fun & nice interior, friendly staff & good breakfast. We stayed two nights & our first breakfast, the pancake machine wasn't working, it was fixed by the second day though.

The staff was super helpful and upbeat. My party played both deadwood games and enjoyed both. WARING to anyone with motion sickness I was sick playing both games. Powered through because it was fun but am still feeling the effects a few hours after.
VibeFoods makes the best smoothies and bowls in town. I love the consistency and the deliciousness of the food. I had tried other places but the flavor doesnât match vibe foods. The staffs go above and beyond each time. I also enjoy the occasional
I found this gem while shopping around nearby. I got their Thai milk tea and Tiramisu milk tea. Their hand-made boba are made fresh and chewy, you can really taste the difference compared to other stores. Definitely worth it! You can even see them ma
I've been on the hunt for a good donut shop for a while now. I moved to Castle Rock a couple of years ago & have been pretty disappointed. Donuts are so overpriced lately & adding insult to injury the donuts at those places aren't even good ð Wel
Very clean. The staff are very personable as well. We had the Thai Peanut Chicken and Royal Chicken. The sauces were spot on. The chicken was melt in your mouth tender and the veggies were cooked to absolute perfection. Still crunchy but EXPLODI

Held my baby shower here. It was a decent price compared to other places and really good size! The staff was very friendly, and they navigated around residents parking in the lot during a large event at the Cook Creek pool. They provided tables and c
The staff here are wonderful and caring. They went above and beyond with my wife and sons disabilities, being very accommodating. The selection is good for a smaller store and parts backstock keeps the shelves full majority of the time. Though smalle
