Highly recommend this hotel!! The hotel is incredibly clean and nice. Its BRAND NEW so it’s in pristine condition. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Honestly one of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever gotten!||They have a fun outdoor space with grills and cozy seating areas which were perfect for my family to hang out. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. They also have a great gym with a lot of different equipment—even better than my gym back home. The breakfast was delicious and wifi was fast and reliable. ||The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable from the moment I checked in. They were helpful and friendly! Devon and Justin were especially great.||It is conveniently located right next to the Colorado Springs airport. The shuttle is a nice perk. It has beautiful views of the mountains and is located in a quiet and peaceful area with plenty of parking and tons of TESLA chargers. Great location if you want to explore the springs.||Overall it was a great value and I couldn’t recommend it more! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

This hotel was overall amazing. My fiance and I loved it and decided this may be the hotel we start to look for when booking a hotel. When we checked in they had been open for 29 days but everything was still very smooth and organized as if they had been opened longer. There were a few little hiccups that were not major by any means, but maybe just fix for the future! First, there weren’t any trash cans in the bathroom. As a female, you HAVE to have a trash can in the bathroom. Second, there were no door hangers for privacy until the second day (which was completely fine. We had two dogs with us so we just didn't want anyone coming in and getting startled. Third, When we arrived Thursday night we wanted to get in the hot tub after a long drive but the jets were not working and it seemed as if maybe the staff wasn’t very concerned about getting them to work. Fourth, breakfast… They had a pancake maker and it was amazing, when it worked, for the one morning (Friday). Saturday it stopped working, Sunday it still did not work and a staff member said it would be fixed for Monday morning, but it was not working on Monday. On Sunday, we waited for 15 or so minutes for food to come out before deciding that we would head to get breakfast elsewhere since it was just too busy and taking too long for our hungry belly’s! The staff was busy trying to keep up because it was packed. They were trying to keep everything loaded, trying to bring more plates out since they had ran out of plates for probably about 10 minutes. The facility was insanely clean and everyone was very nice. Although we had a few issues, they were not issues that would make me never use them again!

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the check-in process was seamless. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that breakfast would be served from 7-10 am the following morning a Sunday. When we went down for breakfast at 9:28 am, we were dismayed to find only remnants of bagels, no plates, and the breakfast buffet being cleared away. The staff did not communicate with us and seemed oblivious to the situation. After speaking to the front desk, we were casually informed that the breakfast times had changed. This lack of coordination among the staff was disappointing, as we would have adjusted our schedule had we been notified of the "changing breakfast time". Our disappointment was echoed by other families with young children who arrived after us only to find no breakfast available. This was disappointing and seemed to be caused by a lack of communication.

We had a great stay here. Hotel is brand new! It is only a few miles from the Colorado Airport. Complementary shuttle made it easy for us to get there and back. I noticed they had some nice features like EV charging, bar, and swimming pool. Highly recommend!

This is our second stay in 3 days. We are here for appointments. This is the second time in 3 days the room we requested is not ready. Check in is 3 pm but a room selected 24 hours in advance is not ready?!?!?! The hotel wants us to select another room that’s ready. I picked this one because it’s in the top floor so I don’t have to listen to someone above us stomping around. It’s near the center of the hotel and on the opposite side from the road where the street races run. Hopefully this time there won’t be barking dogs and people arguing at 3 in the morning. Avoid this place if you want piece and quiet along with a room that’s ready on time.

We wanted a quick getaway and Tru by Hilton Colorado Springs didn’t disappoint! They are less than a week old and still working things out, but honestly you don’t notice that. Their staff more than made all feel welcomed, but feel at home! They are making a positive contribution to the area and we already started recommending people to the hotel.

Beautiful, brand new hotel. Amazing backdrop and view of Pikes Peak. Interiors are so well thought through and clean, we loved the large gathering places in the lobby for everyone to meet. Friendly staff. Great location. Will definitely be back!

It was my first time staying at a TRU, and I will definitely be back! I was very pleased. The hotel is brand new, so it had everything we needed and more! Wonderful staff who is eager to help, great rooms, extremely comfortable beds, ideal location. 10 out of 10!
