Great experience overall! Room was clean and modern, location was great only about a 25min drive from the Anna Maria Island/Beaches. If you live in Florida you know that’s not bad at all for the price! No formal closet but there were hangers and shelves to set things on. The rolling desk doubled as a table for breakfast in bed and was the perfect size for me to get some work done on my laptop (there was a private area in the lobby for that too). Complimentary breakfast was good and food was fresh. Front desk was friendly and efficient, they were able to find my Hilton honors account that I haven’t used in years in a matter of seconds and brought extra towels to the room when needed. Pool table and games in the lobby looked fun, wish we would have had more time to use them but will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful customer service, very accommodating, and clean. Cesar went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. The facilities were excellent, with modern amenities such as a well-equipped gym and complimentary breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. Will definitely book for future business trips.

Bare bones hotel, not worth the price. Clean, but room is only cleaned every other day. We requested clean towels, (they only give you two) but they were never sent. Guest should not have to get their fresh towels from the front desk. Other guests on our floor were doing the same. If you won’t be in to clean for 2 days, then give the guests enough towels to see them through until the next cleaning. No coffee maker in the room. Coffee is supposed to be available in the lobby, but the pot was empty. Another day there was coffee, but no creamer or sugar. No safe in the room, no microwave. No closet, no dresser, tiny metal desk from IKEA . Your hanging clothes are hung on pegs out in the open. The room looked like a small college dorm room. Breakfast was good, place was clean, bed was comfortable. The hotel premise is eco friendly, I guess. In truth, they are all just ways to cut costs and keep more money in their corporate pocket. For that price, never again, Hilton.

Rooms are very clean and big! Liked the service in the front. Fast and easy check in and out. Will definitely come back in the future. Breakfast served until 9:00 am and on the weekend until 10:00 which is very convenient. Thanks !

This was my first time visiting a Tru branded hotel by Hilton. Very impressed with how clean the rooms and entire hotel smells. Clean air can really make a stay more comfortable and enjoyable, especially for someone who suffers for allergies. The room was nicely decorated, clean, well stocked with towels, soap, toilet paper. The room had a nice size rolling desk card and office chair which was perfect for my laptop computer. The air conditioner smelled clean and worked great. The WIFI is free with speeds to do things like check you e-mail or post on social media, however if you want to be able to watch videos without buffering, you'll have to pay $5 to upgrade the WIFI. This is the only hotel or motel I've stayed at that charged for higher WIFI speeds fast enough to stream video. The Prices. I recommend downloading the Hilton App or going on its website and becoming a free member, This will allow you to receive discounted rates and reserve your room. AAA members receive a discount similar to the members rate. That said, though it cost a little more to stay here than some hotels and motels, its cheaper or as competitive as Best Western or Holiday Inn Express, and you'll have a better overall experience. Everything in the rooms worked, the air is cleaner. THE GOOD: The check-in counter person was very patient as I asked a lot of questions about the hotel, where to get food, and when I couldn't find the remote control to the tv. He gave me a spare remote, which I returned when I found the one in the room. Massive TV in the room. Has a very nicely equipped fitness area. They have a pool table at the entrance, and around the check-in counter are snacks and a couple of refrigerators with some basic food you can purchase. Full breakfast, meaning they have eggs and sausages in addition to the normal continental items others hotels and motels offer. THE BAD: The door leading from the hotel to the pool does not have a card key device to allow you to enter back into the hallway. The mini refrigerator is the smallest I have seen in a hotel or motel. The TV has a lot of channels, but you have to scroll through all of them to find anything. Only a couple movie channels. There is no laundry machines on the premises. The check-in clerk told me that they have an agreement with the hotel next to it for guests of the Tru Hilton to use their machines. Bring your own USB AC Charging Plug, this location does not have any built-in USB ports. The room doors are not sound proof. You'll hear people talking or watching tv in their rooms as you walk down the hall. If you're planning to engage in adult relations, you may want to turn the TV on.

No microwave, really tiny fridge, the right elevator sounds like it's breaking, the left one is smoothe. The place seems to tend to a more trendy crowd, no early check-ins, which constrains your flexibility, but overall service seems great. Location is prime but tends to be a more pricey area.

I had a really great experience here a couple weeks ago and wanted to give kudos to the breakfast attendant. She was so thoughtful in giving chicken sausages to me as someone who doesn’t eat pork. God bless!

Positive: the desk associate, he is great the hotel needs many more employees like home the other employees were not as nice or helpful. Negative: the bugs we had cockroaches in our room and the room was dirty smelled like a dog and there was hair on the shower door the floor and the bedspread. Negative: ""
