Tru by Hilton Auburn - Hotel in Auburn - 2411 W Pace Blvd, USA

Rooms was ok but air conditioning didn’t really work to good. The front desk staff was friendly but the manager here seems to be very inexperienced manager with poor customer service abilities. To the point she was deliberately giving me a hard time because the previous week I asked for a refund for a night I didn’t stay. Literally was rolling her eyes at me. She seemed very bothered by me for some reason or maybe she was just having a bad week I don’t know. I’d recommend staying here but I’ll be spending my remaining 2 months elsewhere.

Had to bring my large German shepherd to the Bailey Small Animal Teaching Hospital and the staff at Tru by Hilton was amazing! They were so sweet with my dog and incredibly friendly. The room was clean and quiet with a well stocked bathroom (omg the shower gel smelled so good!). The colors throughout the hotel were fun and uplifting. The breakfast spread was great (though I didn't have time to partake) and the selection of snacks at the front desk was substantial. Would stay again.

Dirty sheets not changed. Stayed in February and when we pulled the sheets back they were all wrinkled and a huge dark 10" hair in the bed from the previous person staying in our room. Went to front desk and they wouldn't do anything about it. Wouldn't move us to another room (said they were full), wouldn't change our sheets (housekeeping had left), wouldn't reduce nightly fee , We finally got her to go get some clean sheets from housekeeping and changed them ourselves. She blamed in on "new dryers" that weren't catching all the lint.... Which was a Lie, because the sheets were all wrinkled from being slept on. On checkout they took a little off the bill, but doubt the issue was addressed otherwise. Don't expect this lack of quality from Hilton property, especially when it's $250/night and the hotel was otherwise not worth it with clean sheets. Room was TINY. Only had a "classroom chair" to sit in. No desk to work at. Not good at all for 3 people in a room . Breakfast was lacking also. But oh well. We WON'T be staying here again. I expect better out of Hilton.

Positive: Free EV charging and breakfast. Negative: My room was near elevator which was a bit noisy. Pillows were a bit lumpy. The mini fridge was a bit loud.

#1. They have a peloton bike! Bring shoes #2. The room is bare bones but nice, clean and super comfy beds. Our black out curtain didn’t work. Check it when you get to the room. #3. The lobby was cool. Cool seats and drinks and pool table #4. Breakfast was good. Pancake maker was finicky but good. Lots of toppings and syrup options.

Positive: I love that you already have body wash shampoo, conditioner, hand, lotion, everything you need right there! And the rooms are very clean! Negative: The only thing I did not like was there was people above us. They were very loud lots of stomping on the floor very loud.

Quiet hotel by the interstate, and even though they were sold out the night before my man at the front desk was able to get myself and our other room checked in fairly promptly at 2 PM. Highly recommend. Stayed on 4/20/24. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but he was very helpful very polite and efficient at his job.
