This is a great, spacious spray park and playground! Lots of benches and tables with umbrellas. Can get crowded at times, but people come and go. Due to location, not a lot of parking, better to go weekdays, after lunch time, it's not as bad. Great view of the city, it's quite high on the hill, and a nice breeze. There's basketball courts and a baseball field too.
First time here, the kids thoroughly enjoyed it! It wasn't crowded, we came while the clouds looked angry but it held off. I imagine in the middle of summer it gets nuts here, and there's no parking lot so street parking could be an issue. Getting up the roads in Troy hill are kinda crazy narrow and supposed to be both ways but with cars parked on the side, it's a little tricky if you're not used to it. However I will say it's a very nice spray park. Nice playground attached that is safe and enclosed for the most part. Next time we will bring some small water guns or beach buckets for the kids! The people who we ran into were extremely friendly offered us some free sandwiches -and there was a lady from the food bank who was there just to play with the kids😊😊 Additional employees from the city were there as saftey guards. Will be back! Cool view of the city from up there too.

TroyHill spray park is great but there is some algae around some of the sprinklers and it is VERY SLIPPERY. It would be a good idea if they would come once in awhile and scrub it with some soap & a ush broom to get it off. My grandson fell and 2 little girls also fell cause of how slippery it is. Otherwise it’s a great place
I came here with my daughters to meet the spray park and overall we had fun. The park is situated at the top of the hill by street access, so access by car is necessary. You can come by bus but you’ll still have to walk at least five to ten minutes from the bus stop to a not so steep hill. It’s not receiving five stars because some of the sprays were not working and needs maintenance.
Splash splash! Fantastic splash park with a shaded playground. Perfect place for a Saturday adventure with your kids. Don't be like me and forget to bring a change of clothing for yourself. If your kid is like mine, she's gonna want you to jump in with her. 4 minutes away from - The Pear & The Pickle Cafe which has awesome Stumptown coffee and delicious sandwiches. Free parking on the street. GPS may not be so accurate getting there but you will find it. Enjoy!
The kids loved it but, the tunnel sprinkler (rainbow colored) and one other thing did not work at the spray park. The shaded tables are perfect to watch tour kids at both parks.
Nice neighborhood spray park. Clean, open restroom facilities would be nice. Closer to street/ parking would be nice too
